I found Jim’s website and scheduled an appointment online. I was impressed with his explanations and options for getting my piano tuned and also his evaluation for repairs that might be needed in the future. He was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him and I plan to contact him again for my piano tuning in the future.

Jim is wonderful. We have had owned our piano for 15 years and have had 2 technicians. Jim has been our piano technician for the past 2 years. We appreciate his promptness in returning e-​mails and phone calls and always kind. Jim is very thorough, honest, and passionate about his work. Jim is very knowledgeable. He came highly recommended by a piano store/​studio in Ft. Collins.

I found Jim on the internet and contacted him through the posted email. He responded immediately and schedule a piano tuning appointment within the week. Jim was prompt and courteous. He was very professional and worked the entire time he was at our house. He did a great job with the tuning and gave us great advice on how to keep our pianos in tune. I would definitely use his services again.
