After reading my review, Midtown reached out with a genuine follow up wanting to know more about the services and how I could have been given the wrong quote. They informed me that I did receive an email confirming the price in advance (turns out it was just buried in my inbox … oops!). I accepted that, but they still went a step further and listened to the initial phone call to confirm I had been given the correct price. Another mistake chalked up to good old fashioned human error … my bad.
But, it’s worth noting that I think the company reached out in a genuine manner (not to slap my wrist and tell me to update the review — as a matter of fact, they didn’t even request for me to update the review at all). Great customer service. I won’t hesitate to use them in the future.
