Lee’s Cyclery

Jumped in to get some tubes and Craig saw me in the parking lot and fixed my bike rack, helped me get new shoes, put the cleats on and was a tremendous help. I will be back to upgrade my road bike soon and will track Craig down again. Unbelievable service. Thanks Craig.

Well, a year ago we had a great experience buying a bike for our son. This year we went to the other location on Harmony looking for a bike for our other son. We seriously got the impression that unless you know exactly what you’re looking for, don’t waste our time. Maybe they aren’t for new enthusiasts.

I stopped by Lee’s today-​not for a cycle repair, but for my jogging stroller. On our way to Colorado the airline busted up one of the wheels on my jogging stroller.
I thought it would be a long shot for them to be able to fix it and that it might take all week.
Sam popped the wheel off and fixed it as best he could (it will need a new wheel that only the manufacturer can provide) in just a few minutes. He even aired up all the tires.
I expected there to be some charge but they said it was no problem and let me go on my way.
Everyone in the store (Whitney, Sam and Phil) were all very kind and helpful and I’m so grateful to them.

These guys are AWESOME! Finished my job in an hour when I was in a rush. Matthew was so helpful. The customer service is great and they took excellent care of our freshman to get his transportation back to him. I highly recommend this store.

Can’t say much about the manager, doesn’t seem to care much about this business, but the bike mechanics are nothing short of amazing. They care for our bikes like you would want someone to care for your children! David and Wes are masters at their trade and will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road or trail. I would trust them with any repair or maintenance on a $ 200 bike or a $ 12,000 bike.
Don’t forget to tip these guys, they work so hard and care so much, they deserve it!

Just moved here from Chicago, and movers damaged our bikes! Made several calls to all the shops… not going to dig the other shop in town that begins with a «P»…but even on the phone Lee’s made me feel very comfortable… spoke to Mike, and when I brought the bikes I was helped by a very friendly fellow Midwesterner David!!! He was completely honest– and told me everything up front while I was there!!! What a relief to not feel «taken»! He’s very knowledgeable and even gave me hints to riding around here! Went to pick up our bikes– made my husbands Giant, and my GT better than brand new for about $ 125 (new brakes, new shifter, trued wheels, slimed wheels…) even told me my «workhorse Trek» that I had given up on– was worth fixing because «it will last longer than you»…looking forward to that being restored– I loved that bike– the poor thing has seen many a mountain!!! Talked my friends into pulling their bikes out of the «p» place and taking them to Lee’s…P– told them their 1990 Ross bikes weren’t worth fixing and they should «scrap» them… hopefully David and his crew will get to work their magic!

Amazing customer service!!! I visited the Lee’s Cyclery in Loveland to look at bikes for my son today. Their customer service was outstanding. We were greeted by Josh immediately as we walked through the door. He helped us pick out the perfect bike for my son. Then they gave it a checkup before we left with it to make sure that it was all tightened and ready to go. Justin the manager is very knowledgeable. He can answer any bike question that you have. I highly recommend Lee’s Cyclery in Loveland. Best place to buy a bike hands down. We will definitely be back.

I love the suggestions that the employee gave me about some of the things I was looking at. I could tell he was knowledgeable. However, once the conversation turned to tools, I noticed some sexism. He started talking to my husband about specifics instead of me, even though I was there about my bike, etc, not his. I felt like he was excluding me from the conversation. Sometimes the wife actually knows more about tools than the husband, and that should be kept in mind as a salesperson. Also, the employee was a little condescending to another employee which put me off a little.

Brought my older pup’s bike with younger pup taking over and Lee’s did great job doing maintenance and adjustments for free since got the bike originally from Lee’s (very pleasant surprise). They are close to where I live and very nice service. Keep up the great work.

Great experience. These guys helped me with a bike I dragged out of the garage after sitting for 15 years, and got me set up to ride again. VERY nice guy helped us, and they actually looked to find me just what I needed, and at a very reasonable price.
We dropped the bike off for some new tires and tubes, expecting to have to come back in a day or two, and he said is 15 minutes too long? We walked out with a ready-​to-​ride bike, a moderate hit to the wallet, and a really good feeling about Lee’s.

Terrible, uninformed staff refused to rent me a mountain bike, claiming all trails in the area were closed due to excessive rain. Nothing could have been further from the truth… It was a beautiful day for a ride with great conditions. This place is completely overstaffed with incompetent, lazy individuals who would rather turn away potential business than check local trail conditions online. I also had them do maintenance on my bike in the past and had to redo the headset myself after their «repairs», and they put my rear tire on backwards. Three strikes. Skip this place; go literally anywhere else.

Lee’s on Harmony is probably the best bike shop in FoCo because of their outstanding customer support and service. Jackie G., rocks when it comes to thinking about the rider and the best fit. She’s also very knowledgable about Lee’s products and their super line of bikes.

Walked in on what appeared to be a slow Saturday morning. Staff ignored us, not even a raised eyebrow in greeting. However they were happy to have four staff members assisting one customer. After fifteen minutes of flailing and trying to get some help, we walked out and purchased two bikes elsewhere. Can’t support local business if they treat people like this.

I just wanted to take a second and say that I love Lee’s Cyclery North Location! I just started biking a month ago and this was the first place I went to to get my bike tuned up. The staff here has been absolutely wonderful the multiple times I’ve been in whether it be service issues, new accessories, or just questions in general these guys know their stuff. I wanted to give a special shout out to Bracken and Kyle. I’ve been fortunate enough to have these guys work on my bike and get it up to speed. The work they have done has been quick and perfect, not an easy pairing to find in many places lol. I plan on being a Lee’s customer for many years to come. Thanks guys!

Awesome shop, I have bought a road bike and used their service shop to get a new brake upgrade for my commuter. Kyle in service was very helpful and did a great job on my new brake setup. Jackie sold me my road bike and is super helpful and very knowledgeable every time I see her. The selection and overall feel of the store is awesome, as a fellow salesman I really appreciate an environment where the people are passionate about what they do!

Best bike shop in Northern Colorado without a doubt! The service is fantastic. The sales people are very knowledgable and do their best to get you on the right bike for you. The service guys are great and always willing to take care of your bike maintenance needs right away.
All three of their stores provide good service, but the Harmony store is the best of the best.

Lee’s on Harmony has amazing customer service. I have not been disappointed once.
I went looking at bikes months ago, not intending to buy one, but darned if the salesman (Nigel, I believe) didn’t convince me to get one that very day, and I haven’t regretted it. Fantastic bicycle, and the service has been friendly and knowledgeable each time I’ve visited Lee’s on Harmony.
Now — I expected the same level of customer service from Lee’s on Laurel, but found that location lacking in customer service skills, so while it’s a trek for me, I’ll gladly keep making the drive to the south end of town to get to this place.

Just bought a Trek 5.5. Great price and super service. I have been a customer since 1990, my 4^th bike purchase and many dollars in service. I recommend them highly.
