We needed to get our carpets cleaned a few weeks ago because our renters moved out and the carpet was nasty putting it gently. We were in a rush and the worked with us and came out the next morning to get the job done. When they showed up, they were very friendly and seemed very professional. They cleaned the carpets like they actually cared about getting them clean not getting done with this job to quickly move on to the next job. It was refreshing having people concentrate on doing an excellent job not getting done ASAP because time is money. They asked us to call if there were issues and we did because a large section of carpet didn’t dry well enough because of how heavily they had to clean the area so they gladly came back with their fans to dry the wet carpet. They were not irritated with their second venture out to our house but were actually happy that we called so they could fully take care of us as a client not solely a job. Well done Home Pro.
