Avoid this place! My daughter ordered a letter jacket and it was a disaster due to the incompetence and attitude of the owner and staff. a) it took two weeks longer to arrive than estimated b) they ordered it with the wrong lining and it had to send it back c) The new lining had a hole in it where it wasn’t stitched in properly, and when we brought it in for repair, the owner was so rude that I finally asked for a refund. Getting a letter jacket was supposed to be a milestone for my daughter, and Gojo turned it into a terribly negative experience. We have since ordered a jacket from Fan Gear, and while we haven’t received it yet, I can say that they had far more options in terms of colors and styles of the appliqués, — and they were pleasant to deal with.

The workers are always willing to talk with you about whats going on in the world of sports. Instead of the elevator music you hear at most stores, they have sports talk radio.
