Fantastic soups, salads, deserts, and to-​die-​for corn muffins! You really can taste the love and care that are put into the food! It’s great how they will often tell you which local farms ingredients from the menu came from.
Jeff and Kathleen are so kind as welcoming as are all of their volunteers. Most important is the atmosphere of equity and dignity they create here with the pay-​what-​you-​can system. Highly recommend when you want a healthy, soul-​satisfying lunch while also supporting a fantastic mission of strengthening community through food.

A friendly cozy place. Amazing healthy home-​made food that is local and organic. I am always more than satisfied. I recommend going daily for nourishment! The food is made with love. Always friendly and informative service. I am addicted to their soups. I go there regularly and do not tire of the food because there is always a new soup to try. They serve only an array of soups, healthy nutrition packed salads and baked goods plus iced tea or coffee. Always a vegetarian and meat option in the soups. Set in an old railway building with great sunlight. Sometimes a local musician plays. And an important note: this amazing place is a non-​profit allowing anyone of any type of living standard to eat there. The place attracts a wide array of people — ANYONE who likes good healthy food! You pay what you can.

Unique idea and the right location for this great idea. I hope it catches on.
Quality locally-​sourced organic food, prepared and served by friendly volunteers in a bright, clean, cozy atmosphere. Sit inside or out. I had a sort of salmon salad with quinoa and some excellent desserts. I’ll admit I tried all of them at least once. FOCO Café is a welcome addition to town.

The FoCo Café is a unique concept for Fort Collins. Locally grown and harvested food prepared fresh each day. It’s a new non-​profit created by hundreds of volunteers. Pay what you would normally pay for the items on the menu, or pay what you can afford. Great soups, salad and more. Soups are great as are the wild card menue items that Jeff and Kathleen prepare every day.
