I have had several straight razor shaves and this was my first from a lady barber. Brittany did a fine job and probably the closest barber shop shave I’ve ever had. Splurge for the ultimate shave if you can. Over an hour of bliss in the chair. Thanks Brittany and Europa.

I don’t cut my hair often… but when I do, I LOVE going to Europa.
They can almost always get in you last minute, they have amazing Fresh Talent, and every single employee is pleasant and helpful. The Aveda products are pure excellence, and the salon itself is a welcoming and zen place to be. Highly recommend.
I had Julie cut about 6″ off my long locks, and she gave me one of the greatest cuts I’ve ever had! Loved her, loved my new style, loved the whole experience.

This salon states they open at 9… it’s now 9:08 and I’m standing by the front door in full view of the staff. Really you’re not going to unlock the door so I can by some products from you?
No thanks I’ll go elsewhere! FAIL

I had a great experience here.
I gave it a last minute call and found out they had a cancellation and got me right in for that.
My hair was destroyed after a bunch of bleaching. I have been growing out my hair now for a year and decided to cut out all the bleached hair that was left. that was half of my hair.
So i did not want to go back to the other place where i was at before they ruined my hair before dying it… don’t want to throw names here but anyway i read reviews and called.
Kelly was the one taking care of me. after a short wait and a tour through the salon (I’ve never had a salon tour. that was awesome!) she took me in and i kind of explained to her what happened.
she did a great job it was fun talking to her and i love my new short hair … i mean i miss it long but it’s going to grow back and finally its healthy again

I have dark brown hair and I like to get the bottom half dyed purple for a brown to purple ombré that is not the easiest thing to convey or achieve. Khristina was game and suggested a melt going from brown to dark purple to lavender. It turned out amazing! Favorite dye job ever. She’s definitely my go to girl from here on out.

I had a fantastic experience at Europa and will definitely be back soon. I called to schedule a men’s haircut and was scheduled with Cori. I went in and loved the cut and the experience. Cori told me about a men’s service she and three other barbers are about to start at Europa called The Barber Den. It should be open for business in the next week or so. I was really interested in one of the services they will offer, called the Ultimate Shave. I came back two days later to get the Ultimate Shave and it certainly lived up to its name. It was a really great straight-​razor shave and a collection of awesome facial treatments. So sweet!
I am really excited to check out The Barber Den when it is open and I will definitely ask for Cori.

Janice is great! She’s the first hair dresser in my young adult life where I have requested her more times then once. Very personable and extremely knowledgeable on every miscellaneous question that popped into my head through the course of my hair dye process!
I loved that Europa used green initiatives with their Aveda products and had philanthropic ties to local Fort Collins women’s shelters; proves a great company in my opinion.
My hair looks great; not tacky and not forgettable. I am so impressed with the quality of the experience I had at Europa that I recommend it to all of my CSU friends!

Janae was amazing. It was my first time getting highlights she explained everything and it was very natural looking I loved it. I would recommend this place to anyone. I used to go to another salon in Fort Collins they were nice but this place is way better.

I had a great experience at this salon. Janice took care of me and offered excellent service! She was easy to talk to and fun to chat with. I felt she cared about me as her client and ensured I was comfortable with each decision made. The atmosphere is super chill and relaxed, I loved the building and décor, the products are fantastic, and I will certainly be returning!

I just to the area from Texas and was looking for a new salon to try out. I was nervous but when I got to Europa, I was attended to immediately and offered something to drink. My stylist was ready for me at the time my appointment was scheduled. I went in for full-​head highlights with some lowlights. Jamie did an excellent job and I am very happy with the results. While you let your dye sit, you can wait in an area in the back of the salon and try out cool Aveda hand and foot products. If you are in the market for a salon, I think you should give this one a shot :) I will definitely be going back here in the future

Five stars for the treatment you get when you go back for a color fix. I had my hair done there recently and while by no means terrible, it really wasn’t what I was wanting so they insisted return at no cost… Amen for that! In fact I hope my hair isn’t perfect again some time just so I can come back for a fix since the perks were amazing for being inconvenienced, ha!
The educator Amy and designer Ben (who was not my original stylist) re-​asked some great questions, and answered mine on how to better communicate with my complicated requests, so there would be no need for a fix next time, and spent a ton of time of my mass of hair and viola, it was perfect! So yes they do want you to love your hair when you leave and not just think it is «ok»! So if you don’t love what you get there when you leave it’s your own fault for not saying something (nicely that is… if you are mean to them I will beat you up)

The Europa Spa is the epitome of relaxation. In true Aveda fashion, the estheticians and masseuses provide a sensory experience that is not to be forgotten. From the constant brewing of the most delicious tea to the scents that match your chakra — I love coming to Europa because I know at the end of it I will walk away relaxed and rejuvenated.
Jennifer is the best esthetician I have ever been to, and the only esthetician I will go to now. I live in Denver and still I drive an hour plus to see her when I need a facial. She has a calming energy that rests over you and after being to multiple estheticians who do not have the same presence I realize just how important this is.
I never saw facials as relaxing before. The poking and prodding matched with the bright light and crazy microscopes just felt to dentisty for me. Jennifer has changed my perspective completely. Even during extractions I feel at ease and I NEVER get a doctor office feel. You can trust not only your skin with her, but your peace of mind as well.
If you have never been a fan of facials before I challenge you to try Europa. I guarantee you will be impressed.

Our wedding anniversary gift to each other has always been a couples massage here. Europa always offered a nice setting with great massage therapists. Well, they no longer offer a massage for couples in the same room because they have new tables or something. Kinda takes the fun out of it. Very disappointed they no longer offer this.

I received a REALLY nice gift card to Europa from a friend and was really excited to try out some of the spa services. So excited that I had the gift card in my hands for about a day before making my appointment for that weekend.
Not having ever had a body treatment, I decided to go for the Caribbean body treatment with Linda.
This was the ultimate spa experience and I can’t stop talking about it!
For starters, you soak your feet in a small basin while getting a foot scrub. Next is a dry exfoliation followed by a slathering of a warming seaweed mask. You get wrapped up like a big giant messy burrito and while the mask does its magic on your body, you’re getting a scalp, face and neck massage with an essential oil of your choosing.
After about fifteen minutes, you get into the shower (admittedly, it was a bit odd to be taking a shower and washing your hair at a downtown business) and wash off the mud.
Of course by this point, you are almost a puddle of goo but then Linda works the rest of her magic to make you into a complete pile of goo with a luxurious body massage. She is so freaking good at what she does that I want to go back to her just for the massage.
Needless to say, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep on the couch in the sitting position when I got home!

Impressed upon walking in the door, very nice atmosphere, ambiance, etc. The girls at the front desk were also very nice. However, my hair cut was not. In all fairness, I only had to pay $ 15 for a hair cut with a fresh talent stylist so it wasn’t the end of the world, but I was very unhappy with my bangs walking out of there. I’ve never had a problem with anyone cutting my bangs before so I wasn’t too worried about having a new person cut them for me. Oops, bad idea. And to top it all off, upon returning to my car after my appointment I had been given a parking ticket. This location is less than ideal, where the heck are you supposed to park while you get your hair cut? won’t be coming back here again. Second time in a row an Aveda salon has disappointed me. Too bad I don’t still live in Denver, the Aveda on Market Street there was the best.

I have been getting my hair cut at Europa for several years, and never had a bad hair cut. I usually see MIsty, but I’ve also seen Val and a couple other of the gals. Always attentive and cut it the way I ask. They take their time and are happy to answer styling questions too so that I can get it to look like that again when I get home. Bang trims are free between cuts and Misty even fixed my 5 year old’s bangs for free (after taking her to Cost Cutters, oops).
I’m looking forward to trying their other services, maybe a pedi next?
They used to have a discount for making a same day appointment, I wish they still did that! Oh well, can’t have everything…

Was really looking forward to getting my cut, but how could I have forgotten scalp massage, and paraffin dip???
Once more, walking out of there, I’m a happy girl!

I see Candace at Europa. She is absolutely lovely. She has been my stylist since I received a really bad haircut somewhere else. She is sweet, supportive, never rushes me, is always on time and makes me feel beautiful! I also love the tea and all of the Aveda products.
Another thing that I love about Europa is that when I got married, said place before cancelled on me at the very last minute. I had six bridesmaids, Aunt’s and Mom’s for pedis, manis, and hair. The owner of Europa personally handled my experience and made it the best experience I could have had with. I love Europa!

I can’t speak on how any of the hair stylists are at Europa, since I don’t get my hair done there, but I can share that I love Laura, who does my eyebrow waxing. I’ve gone to her for several years now, and she has never ceased to make my eyebrows look great.
I’ve got uneven brows, and Laura always helps shape them, make them look even, and talks me through the process.
She even puts a special oil on my brows to reduce redness.
I would absolutely recommend her for anyone needing their brows done!
