I do a lot of computer work and reading at night in bed and I found this product on . My sister sent it to me as a gift and I was so excited. However, the white cover was missing from the pillow so she contacted the company via . She received a prompt response directly from Ken Rudolph. Later, I realized he was the Founder and CEO of this company. Ken promised to send out not only a new cover, but another pillow! I thought this was amazing for him to do that. I only needed a cover. Then, he checked in before the second pillow arrived and told me he was also going to send out a complimentary colored pillow cover as another thank you for our patronage and to test out. After I received the second pillow and the spare pillow cover, I was so delighted by my purchase that I thought this would be the end of my interaction with this company. To my surprise and delight, I received a personalized letter in the mail from Ken checking in on my gift and subsequent products that were sent. He gave me a phone number and his email address so that I could provide feedback on my experience. In all of my years of online shopping, I must admit that I have never encountered a company with such attentive customer service. I will definitely buy more products from this company in the future and I am happy to be the first customer to review Dream Layers.
