My daughter attends college in Colorado and I ordered her some flowers for her birthday. I went online to their website and picked out a cute basket with a birthday doggie made from carnations. It was delivered on her birthday, as requested. She loved it. I couldn’t be with her on her birthday, so I’m happy I found this great florist to bring her something fun. Thanks!

I ordered online and received an email saying to call them because my order could not be completed. So I called and left a message. When I did not get a call back within 24 hours I called another florist to send the sympathy flowers. Then a few days later I got an email receipt and a note from them saying the delivery is complete. I called and got Cathy who told me to call back because she was off work. She was rude and would not refund my money even though her own poor business practices caused the error. Upside — my friend got two sympathy bouquets from me. Downside she thought it was strange and awkward.

Boo on you. I missed my delivery today by ½ hour. Per the driver’s voice mail, I called the shop to tell them I had just missed the delivery and that I was home and they could come back by. I waited ALLAFTERNOON for the delivery, paranoid I would miss it again. No one ever showed back up. I assumed the shop would call the driver to let them know I was home since I had just missed them. I guess I should have called the driver myself since I never received my flowers. Did you even think to call me and let me know you weren’t coming at all? Apparently not. I can’t even get into how BAD your service is. The driver should have instructed me to call HER, not the shop. My friend who ordered the flowers for me was told they had the wrong address, so she had to call and confirm. No, my address was correct because YOUWEREALREADYATMYHOUSE. Then she called them back and was told I wasn’t home and she had just confirmed with me I was home. I waited all day for the delivery to come back. So apparently you weren’t planning on delivering any flowers to me, ever? This purchase better get refunded, you took a lovely gesture and made it into unnecessary drama. Bad business.

Cathy did a fantastic job with the flowers for our wedding! She turned what I had in my head and turned it into a reality. We were so happy with how beautiful the flowers were and couldn’t have asked for better. She was also so helpful the day of the wedding and the flowers arrived where they needed to be on time. My daughter send me Flowers for Mothersday. They where delivered promptly. I did have a small issue and send an email. Not 24 hours later i received a returne call. The issue was taken care of imdeatly and follow up email was send to make sure everythin was ok. I’am truly pleased with ther customer Service and the Flowers where absolutly beautiful. My husband sent me flowers from this shop and they tried to deliver the flowers to me on Saturday, but I wasn’t home so they left a tag on the door that said to call them. I called them on Sunday and the woman that answered said that they weren’t open on Sundays and the next time they would be in wouldn’t be until after christmas. She said I could come and pick them up but she wouldn’t be in the shop much longer. I live in Loveland and I have a baby, so getting out of the house in time wasn’t going to happen. She said that she would have to call me back to see if she could have them delivered(btw, she had a major attitude during the whole conversation). I don’t know why they didn’t just leave the flowers on my porch or with a neighbor. Well, someone called me back and said that no one would be in the shop for 2 hours and I could pick them up then. This person said she would have someone call me when they were back in the shop… I have not heard back from this shop. I called and left a message, but who knows if I will hear back from them now. This floral shop obviously doesn’t have a back-up plan for the holidays when they can’t make their deliveries. Plus, they weren’t very nice about it when I called. I would recommend NOT using this shop. I’m sure there are plenty more florists that are much more willing to please their customers! FYI, my husband is deployed overseas, so these flowers mean alot to me!

I could not have been more pleased with the gorgeous arrangement Cathy made for me to cheer up my daughter-in-law. The unusually bright gerbs, orchids and multi-colored roses virtually lit the room up when I gave them to her. Cathy let me talk about the situation first and then came up with the perfect pick-me-up bouquet. Wish I had another family wedding to have her«show off» her talents! Looking forward to birthdays now that I found the best florist in the whole wide world to splash color all over the place with flowers!
