Great coaching, and great people! That’s what it’s all about. I went here for a drop in and was pleasantly surprised to get helpful coaching tips. It isn’t everyday that the coach tries to help you be a better athlete. Would definitely recommend this Crossfit gym to anyone in Fort Collins.

Great group of people. Coach is extremely knowledgable and can give you the guidance to help achieve what goals you decide to pursue. Gym has more fun community activities than every crossfit gym I’ve been a member of(this is my fifth).

My wife and I decided to try CrossFit last October. After extensive research on CrossFit gyms in Fort Collins, we picked CFNFC and could not be happier. We had no clue what we were getting into, but after a week of the Ramp Up classes to get us in the groove, we started going 4 – 5 days a week and haven’t looked back! If you have never done CrossFit before or if you’re a seasoned pro, I would highly recommend giving CFNFC a chance, you will not be disappointed!

Great owner and coach! Its very important to have experienced and smart coaching in crossfit. This is definitely the case at thus box. Michael has owned this gym since 2008 and does CrossFit the right way. Meaning community involvement. Family and friendly atmosphere. Very good coaching and direction. You feel taken care of properly and that makes all the difference. Please go there.

If you like your workouts intense, challenging, highly varied, while done under the watch of a great trainer, give Crossfit North Fort Collins a try. It’s got all the ingredients of a great place to get stronger and more fit, while not burdening you with many of the big gym cliches. What I like about this place are three things — the program, the coaching and the people. CFNFC is a Crossfit gym — which is focused on shorter but higher intensity workouts using stuff that has been around for years. Kettlebells, weights, boxes to jump on, pull up bars and such. Workouts are often designed around accomplishing a goal as quickly as possible, or on some days, getting as much accomplished in a fixed time as possible. Every day is different, but consistently intense. What you WON’T find: Treadmills, TVs, mirrors to check yourself out on(your lifting form is watched by the trainer/coach). Crossfit is coach-driven, anat CFNFC, Michael obsesses over making sure you lift some at times heavy weight without putting yourself at unnecessary risk of injury. Classes are small — usually about 4 people. Enough to have some friendly competition and support, small enough for the coach to keep an eye out on everyone. I’ve really enjoyed the program, coach and atmosphere at CFNFC — it’s where I go to restore sanity. It’s a great alternative if you want to get into(or stay in) shape, but don’t want to do it in a typical gym.
