Watch out for Dr. Cox. He will recommend expensive procedures that you actually don’t need. He hasn’t seen a tooth he doesn’t want to put a crown on. He recommended 2 crowns and a root canal that I did not need, as verified by two other dentists. He can also be insensitive and aggressive.

My parents are elderly and live in assisted care. It is imperative that they have doctors and dentists that are highly skilled, compassionate and know the art of communication. Dr. Cox embodies all of these qualities and many more. I am secure in the knowledge that my parents are well cared for by Dr. Cox. I highly recommend!

I am a dentist. I go to Brian Cox for my dentistry. I CAN judge good dentistry and Dr. Cox is one of the best in Fort Collins. At first I chose the office because of his quality work and his charity participation with children in Fort Collins. I needed an objective look at my past fillings and dental care. I got that and a whole lot more, friendly service from Nancy, flexible scheduling, high tech appt reminders and excellent cleanings from Christi, RDH. The numerous people I have sent their way all say the same thing. Dr. Cox and his office are at the top of the list for good dentists in Fort Collins.

I moved from Savannah looking for a professional, comfortable dentist office. I read the reviews on Unilocal and Google and agree that Dr. Brian Cox and staff are exceptional. I encountered an emergency when my crown fell off. I was given an appointment that day and my crown was fixed quickly. Dr Cox took time to explain what he saw with my crown installation and why it came loose and popped off. All staff members are helpful, professional, and very importantly nice. I recommend Dr. Cox for your dental needs.

Awesome experience! Pre-​visit communication is excellent and all of the staff are knowledgeable, patient and professional. I switched dentists after a ten year or so stint with another dentist and I wish I had done it sooner. I look forward to working with Dr. Cox and his team for years to come – planning my dental care and improving my health.

I had some tooth discomfort and was seen by my dentist at home in Chicago. He told me nothing was wrong. My pain worsened while I was on vacation so I went to see Dr Cox. To my dismay, my molar was broken and now could not be saved! Dr Cox had to remove it. Needless to say I was distraught. However, Dr Cox and his staff took excellent care of me. He not only addressed the immediate problem but took extra time to assess all of my teeth and identified other concerns that I should follow up on. What also impressed me was the compassion included in the deal. Dr Cox made his diagnosis and gently told me and my anxious husband the bad news. He reviewed my treatment options and what I could expect both short and long term. His assistant held my hand and said she was glad I was there with them for this unfortunate event. Dr Cox and his staff are simply the best at what they do. I wish he had an office in Chicago or better yet that I lived in Fort Collins!

I hate going to the dentist… at least I did hate it. Now that I go to Dr. Cox, it’s not so bad! Let’s be honest here. Getting dental work is probably never going to make it on my list of favorite activities (or anyone’s), but the team at Dr. Cox’s office makes the experience as good as it gets. The office is modern, beautiful, spotless, and pleasant. The staff really care about your wellbeing and Dr. Cox is a really fun person, besides being an excellent dentist. I highly recommend Dr. Cox to anyone searching for a really well-​qualified, knowledgeable dental professional in Ft. Collins.

I went to Dr. Cox for two reasons: after arriving in Fort Collins, some recent dental work done in Arizona was giving me problems and his office is right off the bike path. He showed me what the problem was and wasn’t afraid to say that the other dentist had done something wrong. This basic honesty enabled me to get a refund and afford to have it fixed. I continued to go there and I was very happy with the service. The technicians and office staff are friendly, the office décor (while you sit in the chair of doom) is cheery and my teeth were clean afterward. What more can I ask for?
