Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work on my vehicle’s hail damage repair. Quick responses, good communication, and great follow through from the staff throughout the process. Friendly, helpful, above and beyond service. Will definitely use this body shop again if needed in the future.

I love Cooper; I originally went to Coach in Boulder. After waiting a fairly long time to even be seen their inspection was superficial at best, estimate was high, the guy giving me the estimate gave off a pretty judgemental vibe, and they couldn’t get me in for over a month and a half.
Cooper made me feel like my time was important, they actually got under my car (Coach had said they’d have to ‘wait and see what else came up’), and got an estimate written up almost right away. Cooper let me know to whom they outsourced, offered to get me in for an alignment as soon as possible and overall had a much more personable demeanor. When I expressed anxiety over not being able to get in for almost two months (I couldn’t open my hood) they offered to pull my grill guard back and also reset the latching mechanism for free so now I don’t care as much about the wait.
Seriously, this place is kind of amazeballs. I now totally understand why my mom has been coming here for years and pushed me to bring my car here too.
