I am new to this area. I love BWW in SoCal. Great service that’s beyond efficient. This location is a different story. Service takes forever. I called in an order to pickup at an exact time. When I arrived right on time they didn’t even have my order ready even though I called almost an hour earlier. When I got back to the office I realized they didn’t even get my order right. I’ve given. This place six times to get it right and now I’m done. Managers and servers talk more with each other than getting their job done. I received boneless wings (not what I ordered) and they tasted like frozen, over breaded wings with sauced on top… disgusting…I’ll post a picture to go along with this with caption…“where’s meat?” I’m sorry but after 6 tries and only 2 successful services… something’s wrong.

Sauces are good but their wings are always huge like they are from weird huge chickens. Last 2 times the wings were undercooked and had feathers still on them. Staff is mostly friendly. Quality has dropped in the last year while their prices have gone up. Will be going to Wing Shack and Jim’s Wings from now on.

being a BWW fan from Denver and elsewhere sad to say had some disgusting food here recently. Naked bone in wings came out part burned part raw slime skin. questioned them but they said they looked fine. few bites were sickening. was told cooks were testing frozen wings and should not have sent them out. other people had same situation. place wasn’t busy hoping nobody gets sick. thought this large company had their act together on handling food I eat. now I’m afraid to eat here sorry to say.

Every Time we come here everyone is so nice and attentive. The place is always packed on game days and yet beers are cold and food is served fast and hot. I have no idea why they don’t have more stars. Their happy hour deals are the best!

One of my worst dining experiences. I ordered a chicken sandwich. They brought a burger. Told me it would be ten minutes to fix it. I thought I could eat the burger instead. It was awful. I asked for the correct meal to go. She «graciously“comped the incorrect meal?!? Are you kidding? Of course that should be free. They did give five dollars off the correct meal. I felt they should have comped that since I did not get to eat with friends. Unfortunately my friends were also disappointed with wings and wraps. A huge waste of money because it is not cheap! Never going there again!

We came in last night around 12:20 (4÷13÷15). We saw that they were closing soon but we were only wanting a couple beers. Two of the girls who were working instantly gave us the stink eye. After a couple minutes one of them came over and didn’t greet us at all, just said that if we wanted to get drinks last call was RIGHT NOW and she wouldn’t wait ten seconds for two of our party to come to the table. I have never had such hostile servers and I understand that we were in close to closing. But I’ve worked in the industry and think it’s common courtesy to leave by closing. We’ve been to this one many times and have had nice servers so it was quite the shock to get these little rays of sunshine. Safe to say, I will never go back to this buffalo wild wings.

The food here is great! The HUGE issue is that recently the menu was changed to leave out the actual wing count per size. Meaning that instead of ordering 25 wings you have to order a «Large.» This means that if you come here with a group you have NO IDEA what to order because you can’t base it on numbers. When you ask the waiters/​waitresses they give you some STUPID scripted answer given by the managers that they have recited over and over clearly. They say that «since the demand for wings has gone up we can only guess the amount of wings in an order» plus some other bulls**t excuses. They also tell you that there is nothing they can do for you since it is a «corporate» decision. We are looking for a new wing place now that doesn’t require us to guess what to order. GO TO JIMS WINGS NEAR CAMPUS! NOT BUFFALO WILD WINGS! BETTER VALUE AND ACTUAL WING QUANTITIES ON MENU!

I love this place I came here after work to relax after a hard day and we barely walked in the door and my server Shanna greeted us and took us to our table once we where sited she brought our water and took her time on explaining the menu and brought me samples of the sauces and took her time to go far and beyond my expectations the atmosphere was great friendly and lively fore very one and a little loud but it was okay the good was amazing the beer was great with wings the food was presentable and great for family and friends gatherings and watch he games it doesn’t get better also the manager came to check up on us and I thought that was great service and a well run place I am a highly satisfied customer and I will be coming back here the food was fast to reach our table we didn’t have to wait long my complements to the chef and staff especially to the manager

My wife and I are here almost weekly. It’s close to our house, the wings are good and the happy hour goes to 7 (later than most bars in the area). The service can vary wildly from decent to terrible depending on how new the servers are. The «Captains «can be annoying especially if you just want to watch a game (they are there to change the tv if you request a specific game but mostly they are there to get you to try new sauces or take a survey). The Tv’s are amazing. Great place to watch a big game for that reason, but get there early if you want a seat.

Not impressed. The waitress was friendly. We sat outside and the music was ridiculously loud. We asked if it could be turned down or off and she told us it could and did do it, which was nice.
We ordered the game day appetizer and it was ok. Nothing to write home about but not bad. It was fairly large, too big for my husband and I to finish.
We then ordered the medium boneless wings. Honestly, dominos is better. These are lightly coated so you taste more bland chicken than seasoning. The wings taste like they came out of the freezer from your local grocery store.
The worst part was my silverware was dirty. There was literally dried food stuck on the fork a knife.

Had unfortunately terrible service. It was a Friday nite and we took a large crowd (girls soccer team in town for a tournament). Arrived @8:30. Beers for adults didn’t arrive until asking @ 9:15. Food didn’t start coming out until @ 10:15. By then girls were exhausted. Had it been a weekday you might excuse slow service for a large crowd but not on a Friday at 8:30.

Place is ok overall, spend a lot of time here due to being close to my apartment and I like wings. Service is pretty good, a bit slow at times but all the staff I have dealt with are friendly.
Beer is hit and miss.
My favorite wings are he jammin jalapeño but are a bit hotter than some other choices.
It is always pretty clean other than the restrooms at times when it is very busy.

Do you know what you are getting when you come here? For sure. Which is part of the reason we came here.
Our family was having a mini reunion and needed a family friendly place that could seat all of us. This happened to fit the bill.
The pulled pork sandwich I had wasn’t great, and their beer choices left a lot to be desired (sad considering how much great beer is in CO). Then again it did what it was supposed to have done.

I can’t believe I’m reviewing a BWW. Anyways, the server here actually had half a brain and wasn’t like the ones I’ve seen in California. She kept the orders in line for the most part, and didn’t really miss any beats with the drink orders. She divided the bill as expected and didn’t come up with any creatively wrong ways to do the math.
BWW is BWW, so I need not say any more about the food.
