Love my bike. My bike broke with only 20 miles on it. I have a 1 year Warrenty on defective parts. I spoke to Jim who said I had to write a statement and that it would be all down hill from there. Week later they filed my claim, asked for pictures, and then advised me to drive 3 hours to get my bike inspected at the big shot dealer I had it installed at. I’m beyond frustrated because I called every day for a week and had my phone calls ignored(straight to voice mail) and rang for days and no one answered. What gives? U guys are a company yet your customer service line cant answer my phone call for a week straight? This is bs because I feel lied too, let down, and taken advantage of. Thanks for nothing jimbo. Before this happened, I told everyone that gave me compliments on my bike that it was a big shot bike and they are hella legit. You guys are far from hella legit. More of a cluster Phuck… Also. Why do you not have a dealership in the most bike friendly city in the country?(Sacramento) what gives. … you guys have a suggestion box up there put that in it first.500 $ not well spent. 1 star

I bought a bike shot bike in 2011 for my business. It was easy to customize to our company’s colors, and the staff was very helpful. The bike has held up really well and is a great talking piece with many of my customers.

Did some research about custom bikes, and this seemed to be the place with the cheapest option for a custom fixie/single speed. I had a lot of fun designing my fixie online, and the site seemed to be the best of the ones I used for designing a bike. I wish there were a few other customizable options, but overall it was great. The bike was built and came within a week, but with some scratches and a missing screw for the handlebars. After contacting the company, Tony responded quickly and took care of my concerns. Would give 5 stars except for the initial state of the bike. I have had the bike for only a few days however, but so far seems to be of decent quality. Would buy again down the road.

I couldn’t afford a chopper so I customized a cruiser bike for my business! Their nifty user friendly website allows you to mix and match different colors of parts. Millions of different options, yes millions.

After getting frustrated with trying to convert a 12 speed to fixed and not finding anything decent used i decided to gamble and get a custom fixed gear bike from big shot. I wasn’t expecting much for $ 400 but i was actually quite pleased with my purchase. I love the fact that you can pick and choose colors and have options for handlebar style and rims. The online tool for selecting this is really cool so you can get a feel for how your bike will look and the color combos you can do are plentiful. Ordering was a breeze and within a week i had a bike shipped to me and had it assembled and ready to go in minutes. Granted the components arn’t high end Italian parts that will impress that bike babe/stud at the bike shop you have a crush on but they are durable enough for basic use riding. I put a lot of miles on it and had it for 4 years before i sold it(to a college kid that needed it more than i did) and had no complaints other than grip tape being hard to tack on. It is a firm solid ride, not the best tires for potholed streets, but it’s doable. It’s easy to convert to single speed…(which i hardly road since fixie is waaay better!) and back again if needed. When i did call to ask about new saddle color i had no problem getting through… so i don’t see the previous reviews issue with service at all. Overall a decent bike with lots of options for one looking for a solid fixie with out all the trouble of a home build or wear and tear of a used bike.
