I agree with the rest of the comments, by far the worst clinic I have wee been to. Unfriendly staff, slow service.

Not sure why they even have a phone, since it takes 39 minutes to pickup. Then if you get lucky enough to get someone to pick up the phone, they say hi can you please hold and then hang up on you. Then it takes over a month to get an appointment if you are lucky. However it is likely that they will cancel that appointment, so good luck with all that.

This Clinic worked out for me so far, no delays or cancellation and service was good.

I ended up having to get a cleaning, so 3 months later I was able to make an appointment only to have it changed on me a week prior without notification. So when I showed up, they told me that I missed my appointment and needed a Memo as to why I missed my previous appointment.

By far the worst medical/​dental facility I have seen in 15 years. I have literally been here for two days trying to get a dental exam. I arrived at 0615 to be second in line and have watched the staff fumble records around for over an hour without servicing one patient.
Literally impossible to make an appointment by phone because they simply do not answer the phone. I have waited for 45 mins on two separate occasions. Same goes for walking into the clinic, they tell you to call back in a month because they have no open appointments.
The staff is extremely rude and very unprofessional minus the X-​Ray tech, Chris, she was extremely friendly. However, she is the only tech servicing over 30 – 40 patients each morning for only one doctor that does exams.

This is the worst dental clinic I’ve seen in over ten years of active duty at myriad Army posts. It is almost impossible to contact the clinic by phone. The other option is to walk in and schedule. This will generally require you stand in line for 20 – 60 minutes. Often, after having waited in line for all that time, you can be told that it is impossible to schedule an appointment and to come back in a week or so. Outrageous.
If they schedule you for an off-​post visit you will wait weeks. I’ve been waiting for just over a month for a root canal to get finished up. I’ll most likely end up losing the tooth.
The dentists themselves aren’t too bad. I recommend staying away from Dr. Chastennette — she is the worst dentist I’ve ever had work on my teeth. Absolutely horrible.

so, you’ll struggle to get an appointment. and when you go, two things will surprise you: first, how the staff will take upwards of an hour to do what amounts to about 10 minutes worth of actual work (literally opening your mouth an looking at your teeth plus a couple of X-​rays). then, secondly, you’ll marvel at how they won’t actually clean your teeth after the exam — you’ll need to make a second appointment for that.
so, knowing full well that they have staff sitting around you’ll grow increasingly frustrated at your struggle to make yet another appointment. you’ll try to make it a month in advance — but they don’t «open the calendar for next month until…». you’ll call on the day they told you to. they’ll tell you call back in a couple of days and that they «haven’t opened the calendar yet…». Finally you’ll get them on the phone and able to make an appointment on the day you don’t have to, y’know, work. but oh wait, they only have a couple of appointments that day «because of obama». you will actually yell «first of all, why the hell are you talking about obama when your staff literally sits around for 40 out of 60 minutes doing nothing? and secondly, the budgetary decisions of fort bragg are hardly the direct result of obama but more so multiple multiple degrees away from him and have way more to do with how you manage, with how congress manages and with… oh fucking forget it.»
and you will call back again next month and the same shit will happen.
