I can’t decide if this hotel smells more like a wet dog or a moldy sponge. It costs 1 dollar to wash and 1 dollar to dry your laundry. I don’t think my sheets ever got changed. The halls look like a mental ward. When house keeping did come they threw your bed together messy and left wet towels on the floor. The tvs hum and good luck trying to get your heater to work. Do not stay here. You will regret it.

I have stayed at a few hotels on Military Installations before and I am surprised they are still in business. I was pleasantly surprised by the Landmark though. The room was spacious and clean, and as with most hotels on military installations, the customer service was outstanding. Oh, and the freshly baked cookies they have at the front desk are ridiculously good! They also have a snack bar behind the front counter. Sure there are MUCH nicer hotels to stay at within Fayetteville, the convenience that the hotel offers makes up for the difference.

This is the best hotel on base, near commissary and BX. Also close to 2 of the gates for easy on and off base. Within per diem at 95 a night.

My husband stayed at the Landmark Inn BC he was PCSing before the rest of the family arrived. When I went to visit, It looked updated on the outside, but okay on the inside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was alright, but needs to have a better selection for the price. We had to stay one day longer than his orders allowance would pay for, so we had to pay out of pocket. The price was $ 90+ with tax and I was blown away. The hotel on base I thought was suppose to help the SM and it’s family, not rob them. We could have gotten a better hotel off the base at the same price. The only way this helps the SM is the convience, but the price was disappointing and a dis-service to our SMs who deserve better in their pockets

Gone are the days when you could get a room on base ‘at cost’. It’s a nice facility, but it is no longer run by the military. My room was over $ 100 after taxes. A plus — they give a $ 7 discount to AAA members. A minus — you have to show your AAA card at check-in. No discount at check-out. My room was nice, with two large beds, a decent bathroom, dorm-room size microwave and refrigerator, and a wall-mounted AC/heater. Cable TV and wireless internet are also in-room amenities. Unfortunately, my room had been smoked in — something that would have been prohibited in military run lodging. Free breakfast from 0600 to 0800 daily. There is an outdoor play area /picnic area, and they have an indoor fitness room. A couple of blocks from the AAFES Exchange, I found it an easy walk to and from.

We are in the middle of PCSing and are staying at the Landmark due to per diem. There’s 4 of us — me, my hubby, a 2y old, and 7m old. We were given a room with a queen bed and fold out couch, kitchen with mini fridge and a microwave from 1862. My husband asked for a larger room and was told they didn’t have any– as in the hotel doesn’t have a larger room. Ok fine so there’s also no dishes, no soap to clean any dishes we now have to buy since ours are packed and the Landmark doesn’t offer them and no laundry detergent packets. If this hotel is supposed to be there for military between homes how does this help? We are already put out and now having to spend more money on things we don’t need. They need to have this stuff in there for people PCSing to ease the transition a little. The breakfast is not great they need more variety each day instead of the same old thing. Plus it’s damn expensive to stay there-as in you definitely don’t get your money’s worth. One bright spot? The housekeeping and custodial staff. Every time we walked by or saw them they were super friendly. Downside– the front desk staff didn’t acknowledge me one time when I walked by and we stayed a week!

This hotel is basically civilian accommodations located on Ft Bragg not military lodging. Military can utilize this establishment but I do not recommend it. The hotel staff were very friendly but the housekeeping service was unfavorable. They have breakfast every morning that is far from five star but will suffice. Very overpriced for very basic amenities!!!

This hotel is located on Ft Bragg… and way over price. They have Wi-Fi, and offer complimentary breakfast… which is ok. But other than that use your per diem and stay at a Marriott off Skibo! The hotel is seriously outdated and dismal. Smells like old gym sock and is set up like 1970s hotel!!! My maid’s never came at a certain time, usually it was all over the place… which made it hard to anticipate coming back to my room. Then if they were there they could not clean while you were in the room… weird. I was told at the gate that this was the«fancy» hotel… I would hate to see what the other one looked like…

A very average, yet clean, hotel. Nothing here that wows while there’s also nothing here that’s detrimental.

For a military lodge this place is overpriced. The rooms have WI-FI and are clean. They offer a nice bowl cereal and mini sausage bisquits for breakfast. Other than that there is nothing else worth talking about. Oh, did I mention that this place is OVERPRICED!!!

I never thought that I would review an on-post lodging facility(well, Olsen Hall at Ft. Benning is actually really nice) but I have to say it’s not bad. It’s civilian run so the place is nice and clean, they have a free breakfast every morning, it’s basically a Holiday Inn express but with military people in mind. Getting housing can be time consuming so they have extended stay suites with a kitchen and a little dining area as well as full service kitchens on the first floor. They don’t have a lot of amenities like a fitness center but if you’re staying here there are plenty of on-post fitness centers that you can use. I’d prefer to come here compared to say… the Airborne inn at the other side of post.
