The owner of this business is awful. He has no people skills. I brought in my laptop for a clean install for $ 100! When I picked it up the optical drive didn’t work and the numeric keypad number«0» didn’t work either. None of the manufacturer’s software was reinstalled which prevented updates and other necessary functions. Other programs wouldn’t load either. I brought it back in and was told there was no refund and Aaron took no responsibility for any of the damage or problems. He was rude and insulting. On the plus side, Jason, the tech, called back and offered to help resolve some of these issues and showed some pride and responsibility in his work. It’s too bad he has to work for such a boss.

If you like an incredibly gnarly markup, two customers causing a «we’re so busy» panic, and complete incompetence, this is the place to go. I regret going in the door and wasting that much of my life. I’d recommend«Sage’s Computer» on the other side of town over this business, any day.

I have been taking my laptops for service to Computer Solutions for about the last 5 or 6 years. I have never had any problems. When it’s a quick fix, they don’t even charge. When it’s more involved, the price is reasonable. I’ve never written a Unilocal review, but I felt compelled to do so after reading the other two reviews here as they are simply not representative of the business. My son took his laptop in for a screen replacement. When we picked it up he wasn’t sure it was his, but maybe with the new screen it just looked different. He tried starting it in the parking lot but it wouldn’t load windows. I tried explaining to Aaron that it worked fine when we brought it in, even showed him the paper where his tech said so, except for the failed screen. He argued that he didn’t know if we had dropped it, used a bunch of terms that I didn’t understand, and interrupted me every single time I spoke. My daughter finally was able to start windows and that’s when we saw the real owner’s user name. He had given us the wrong laptop. Didn’t apologize for his previous rudeness. This laptop(ours) worked fine, the repair was lovely, and it was less than I expected to pay. But next time I’m going to Sage’s Computers.

Awful customer service! I had heard this via word-of-mouth, but always make my own decisions about people. I called and confirmed that they still took old computer monitors and parts. However, when I got there, and got everything inside the store, I was told that they didn’t have any room. The owner, Aaron, refused to speak to me once I made it clear that I was upset. He kept blaming his«sick wife» who had told me to come in. Anyone with good customer service skills would have owned up to the mistake. At one point, Aaron got so mad at me that I thought he was going to hit me! Needless to say, we will not be doing any business with them again. I should have listened to the word-of-mouth…
