Wood Theater

Prices have gone up. Concessions are pretty expensive: way cheaper than off post, but more than I expect from a place that caters to young military. Price for first run movies isn’t much below a civilian theater, especially considering this theater has older seating and smaller screen.
It’s still a fun time and the staff is friendly. It’s just not as good a deal as I came to expect from a base movie theater.

Great discount theater, great prices, it is a discount theater so a little dirty and the screen is farther away. Best seats are up close ! Can’t beat the prices!

This theater is great and the staff is awesome and ready with smiles. The place is small and quiet but a really nice theatre that you can just walk to for those of you in the Army. I’m a Marine that lives within walking distance and this place is just so convenient. Go there, eat, sleep, whatever! You don’t even have to enjoy the movie but at least you had something to do for that short amount of time instead of just staying in your room all day! They also have special screenings for movies before they hit theaters and the movies are very cheap. The snacks are cheap as well, and it’s all of the usual stuff you’d see at a theatre. Overall it’s a great place to go if you just want a little bit if time to yourself! I think I might actually hit up the theatre today to see what’s playing this evening. My only issue is that they only play movies on the weekend!
