I purchased two machines from Deen Implement. The buying experience was easy both times. They stock plenty of parts. They even stayed a few minutes after closing to help me get the part I needed. Thanks Jeff!

This is a real bummer because I live kubota tractors. They all break down from time to time, so it really comes down to the people servicing the product. In my case my tractor’s hydraulics had a bad leak. Took it in and dropped it off. 3 days later I call and ask for an update. «We haven’t gotten to it yet.» I asked when it would be and was told its in line and they will get to it in the order they came in. I asked if that meant I should call back in a few days and was told not to, that they will call when it’s done. As someone that uses my tractor several hours a week I just needed to know if that meant a few days, months or what. I was told pretty firmly«we will get to it when we get to it.» Ok. Got it. After a while I started stewing a bit about the way I was treated so I decided to take it somewhere else, then have the conversation with the owner about how his employees need to learn that it’s free to be nice. To my surprise I find out I was talking to the owner. How can someone who sells implements not get that people need a rough idea of when they can«get around» to my tractor. I really wish 4 Bros had Kubota. Much easier to deal with.
