Came here on 2⁄11 with my mom during our road trip to Forks from OC, CA. We met up with my son and his crew who were working in Forks for a couple of days. I got the flat iron steak with fries, which were different… but good! The steak was cooked perfectly. They were having a ladies«Pleasure Party» in part of the restaurant where the pool tables were which was a little strange, but all in good fun. My son decided to go in and give the ladies a laugh… which obviously worked since we could hear them laughing from where we were sitting haha. Everyone was super nice and the food was great!

Delicious lunch here mid afternoon on a Saturday. Standard cheeseburger was prepared well, nice amount of melty cheese, good flavor. Chicken pepperoni was large, great crispy fried coating, with marinara sauce. I would have liked thicker pepperoni, but that’s a minor quibble. Fries were excellent: on the crispy side, swirl-shaped and thick. Beer list is small but adequate. Would eat here again.

As the saying goes, «When in Rome, do their thing … and when in Forks, drink … drink a lot.» There may not be a lot to do in the town of Forks except experience the joy of cellular service after a day in the Olympic National Forest(park) and down as much alcohol as your liver can handle. After trying 3 local Forks restaurants in three days, my American taste buds and Red-white-and-blue liver prefers BBG Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill. Draft Beer is where my UEX at BBG began and ended. Get whatever IPA is on tap and call it a day. For bar food, a small group of us split a Caprese Burger with Mozzarella, Chicken Wings(Lemon Pepper and Extra Hot), Nachos, and a Ham Sandwich. Nothing was amazing, but I’d get the burger again, if and when, I’m in Forks again. Fancy is not part of the BBG(as in Blakeslee’s Bar & Grill) experience. Get some pub grub, a pint of a cold IPA, check out ESPN on the TVs, or shoot some pool. Check your hipster card and pride at the door. Your here. Your liver wants beer. Get used to it.

What the what what?! There’s somewhere to eat in Forks besides the Forks Coffee Shop!!! Yes, it’s true. If you calibrate your rating scale for«Forks dining options» this place is pretty darn good. If you calibrate your rating scale for«big town dining options» you know what? This place is still pretty darn good. I had wings, half hot and half lemon pepper. They were crispy, juicy, spicy, lemony, and peppery. Solid option. My fellow travelers had the beef dip sandwich and turkey wrap and had no complaints. Lots of TVs around to watch sports, and they even have Mac and Jack’s African Amber on tap. In Forks! I know! Crazy!

I didn’t get to try anything in this place. My wife and I sat there for 10 minutes and didn’t get served at all. We left and went to the Chinese restaurant instead.

I’ve been visiting Forks for 20 years to fish. This is the best food I’ve eaten in this town. The beer is good and cheap, it’s clean and the service is good. The mill creek burger was good and they’re using real beef. The prawns, chips and fries are also very good. The menu is small, just as it should be. Someone here knows what they are doing. Bring your coat in the winter because it’s like a freezer but I have no complaints.

Of all the places in Forks, this was the best. We enjoyed ourselves enough to come back here 3 times. The burgers and sandwiches were excellent. They even had pie on one occasion and we managed to snag a piece before it sold out. The chowder was good. The fried cheese sticks were meh… the service was excellent. Huge place and easy parking for RV’s

I like BBG. As a forks native, I think we have a pretty good little bar. The food is always good especially drunk and the bar tenders are nice! Hi Kim!!! They play good music and occasionally have live performances. Karaōke on Fridays is at the least entertaining and it’s a good comfortable place to get some drinks. They have a couple pool tables an outdoor covered smoke area and decent seating area. Favorite food choices is the fish and chips, mozzi sticks which are like NO other. And of course the Rueben is delicious. They also make homemade chips and fries. The ranch is great. How can you go wrong? It is maybe the only bar in my experience that doesn’t snub you on alcohol. They want you to get your money’s worth and have a good time. The service is ALWAYS attentive. Kim & Kelly keep an eye on you and are always asking how you’re doing… Kayla is awesome in the kitchen and overall they have a good service system. The only thing I could suggest is more fun events or specials… Such as UFC fights. Themed nights. Adult prom? Or run cool specials to get the fun going in a small town. But overall it’s great and we appreciate having sown where like it in F town.

Driving on the western side of the Olympics doesn’t leave much dining options through these towns. Thankfully we stumbled upon BBG as the food here was outstanding. As you can expect being in a bar, you’ll see typical bar food of burgers and sandwiches. I ordered the pepperoni chicken sandwich which is less exciting than it really sounds. It was a deep fried piece of chicken, pepperoni on the bottom, and a good hunk of mozzarella on top. Whoever is working in the kitchen knows their way around a deep fryer no doubt. The chicken was super crispy as well as their fries. The fries are pretty unique here since they do it with a spiral thick cut, super crispy and nice and soft on the inside. The restaurant is expansive with plenty of seating, the bar is equally spacious, and TVs abound you’ll be sure to see whatever game you want to watch here. Pretty clear that this is THE spot for locals and it was very busy as the evening wore on. Good attentive service, good food, reasonable prices, what’s not to like?

This place is a hidden gem! Our bartender Darcy was incredibly nice and helpful. The food was amazing, definitely try the artichoke dip and the Reuben! The whole staff was super nice and interactive with the customers. Even the chefs in the back were interacting with the regulars, swapping stories and bar tricks. It definitely feels like a locals place. I would highly recommend this place for all travelers passing through, you won’t regret it!

Not a lot of restaurant options in Forks. The service here was prompt. The food came out quickly and everything was very good. Would recommend the clam chowder and French dip in particular. Nice, local ambiance.

We showed up starving, left full and satisfied. There isn’t a lot open past 10pm while driving through Forks on a road trip; this place had relatively positive reviews on Unilocal so we made a pitstop. I had the beef dip and my three friends ordered their own entrees– I can only remember that one ordered the clam strips, despite hating clam. The beef dip was tender and the jus was delicious. We kept saying afterward that we weren’t even sure if the food was *actually* good due to the level of hunger we had reached before ordering. Don’t let that worry you– we all ate every speck of food on our plates and there wasn’t a single complaint or bathroom issues(if you know what I mean…). If you’re on a road trip and need a beer and some grub, I’d definitely recommend it!

We didn’t even end up going in the building so I can’t comment on the food. I just thought it was worth mentioning that this is a 21 and over BAR and grill. We arrived with two small children and, unless I missed something in the other Unilocal reviews, didn’t realize they don’t allow minors but I thought it was worth mentioning for any families with children.

Solid choice for those passing through the little town of Forks. We drove the length of Washington the other day, Port Angeles to the Oregon coast(with sightseeing stops along the way), and there are not a lot of options for sit-down, non-convenience-store food. So, we took a gamble on BBG for lunch, and we were pleased with the decision. Good burgers and fries in a large, but cozy and clean cabin. Actually, they had a pretty good menu although I was really just looking at the burgers. The fries are a little seasoned, kind of like a less spiced curly fry, but thicker and way wider.(They’re good, no worries.) Service was good and bonus for free wi-fi, as we took at look online to see how very much further we had to go.

Forks might not be known for having the best cuisine, but you can always count on some comfort food to hold you over until you reach a spot that has better options. BBG seems to be better than the other restaurants in the nearby area for a few reasons: 1. Huge restaurant, lots of seating. 2. Karaōke(but not on the day I was here, boo!) 3. Staff. Pretty sure the bartender walked out of the bar to serve us, and I’m also pretty certain I didn’t see anyone but him. He managed to wait on all of the tables without a painful experience. 4. Irish Nachos… Fresh potato chips with melted cheese, green onions, bacon, drizzled with sour cream. The onion rings were a bit pricey(a small basket for nearly 7 bucks). 4 stars to compare against the other joints in Forks. I’d come back!

Loud drunk logger hang out. It looks like the drinking and partying place for loggers and girls in pink camo outfits. Maybe if you get there early or lunch it might be a little nicer. The hamburgers were really good. If it wasnt for them I would give this place 1 star. There weren’t even that many people there and it was one of the loudest restaurants ive been to. I am all for drinking and having fun so I understand people doing what the place is meant for. Just not what I was looking for. Oh yea, there were people drunk at 630, so it leads me to believe that is the type of place this is normally.

We couldn’t decide on one place to eat in town, and since all the reviews were hit and miss we decided to split a meal at various places tonight! We shared the special here, a turkey club with a side of clam chowder. It was enough for two of us to share this time, but we also planned on eating more at the next stop. The sandwich was much thicker than I expected full of turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato and I believe two different types of cheeses! Wished the bread was toasted, but it was still tastey. Although a little pricey for just a sandwich. The soup was good also. Our waitress was friendly and attentive.

On a road trip with a friend and we decided to spend the night in Forks. This place was recommended to us. We were starving and decided to check it out. There were a lot of people and only one waitress Darcy who was delightful once she got around to us but she was running all over the place. The service was slow because of this. The food was decent enough, nothing amazing but fulfilling. There aren’t a lot of options when it comes to eating out in Forks but this place was good enough.
