Great little drive-through coffee spot, and possibly the only gem in Forks. Our lattes were really good and my smoothie was out of this world: chocolate protein powder, almond milk, peanut butter, banana, and chia seeds. So yummy! Very sweet, friendly staff as well. But ignore the hours on Unilocal — we could see it was open despite that Unilocal said it was closed.

We were passing through Forks and on the hunt for a decent latte. Didn’t hold much hope in little old Forks, but when I saw the name of this business on Unilocal,I thought they probably knew their way around good espresso, and they did. We headed to this little drive-through coffee stand, got our orders of a latte and a drip coffee, and they were perf. We hit the road, cups in hand, happy as clams. Oh, and wi-fi in Forks and environs is pretty spotty, but they had it. You just have to ask for the password, so that was extremely helpful for GPS’ing onward.

What can you say? You cannot pass by Forks and not stop by for a little activity. After all, who have not heard of the vampires who live close-by? «A Shot in the Dark» is an espresso shot into a brew coffee. The taste is merely so-so. The cappuccino is hard to get wrong and very drinkable. The bagel sandwich is actually not bad. The barista girl, high-school’ish, was friendly and efficient. But, honestly, there is no reason for a passer-by to stop at this drive-by coffee stand, other than do something at this movie famed town.

Cute little drive through place. We went because it had the best ratings. Not exactly a ‘fast’ drive through, or overly friendly. Heads up for a 50 cent credit card charge. Oreo ‘ice cream smoothie’(at what point is it just a shake?) was awesome and coffee was great!
