I hired them for pest control of a seasonal property and when I went to sell the home inspector found all sorts of infestation issues. I doubt they went out there once, just enough to collect a check.

I’ve been using Cape Cod Pest Pros for both my personal residence and a 4-​family multi-​unit property we own for around 6 years. They have always been very professional and effective. They’re always on time for our scheduled pest treatments. I always make sure I’m on site when they do the treatment so I can make sure they’re doing everything on the bill. I also like to know what’s going on with the building — if anything has changed since previous treatments. They’ve helped us get rid of Mice in both properties, and have also helped with hornets and ants. We even had a short bout with rats at our rental property, but they helped us get rid of those REAL quick (phew)… As with anything, be sure to spend the time to make sure they’re doing the work you agree to. Don’t just pay them and expect them to take care of your property — you need to be involved.

Avoid these people like the plague. I hired them for total pest control, but when I went to sell my house the inspector found huge amounts of mouse poop. I didn’t live in the house and I think CCPP didn’t go to the house as often as they billed me. Their web site says «all work guaranteed», but I got stuck with a $ 5,500 estimate from CCPP to fix their own poor work and clean up the poop and replace insulation for the buyers. They are, IMHO, simply crooks.
