These guys do amazing work. Definitely one of the best regional breweries around. Highly recommend doing their flight as every one of their brews are tasty, plus they’re always doing interesting smaller batch, infusion stuff. Also, their bar and back deck /​patio setup is sweet. They usually get some solid food trucks on the weekends, too.

Having a Heavy Red Horseman. One of my favorite beers here. I“m a regular here. I recommend a flight to see what you like. I say there’s a beer for everyone! You just gotta knows what you like!

Best beer in the area awesome atmosphere. If your a soccer fan USMNT are on here as they are the official bar of the American Outlaws. Try the hopcoplase ipa amazing.

Love this place! They actually brew their award winning beer there as well as bottle it. They usually have live music and an outback deck to relax on. Sometimes cornhole games as well. If you’re looking for a fun way to enjoy a Friday or Saturday night in Lynchburg/​forest you should definitely check it out. Look for the led sign out front you can’t miss it.

Great beer, but more importantly, cool staff. Love the stouts but I bought a growler of the blonde because it has such a unique flavor for a light beer. The bartender was really helpful in telling me all about their business. Looking forward to my next visit!

Best bar in town, fo sho. Visited Lynchburg last Xmas and was pleasantly surprised when I came to this little gem. Nice atmosphere and good brews. They get pretty crowded, have 1 indoor bathroom & port-​a-​pottys outside for the overflow… not sure how I feel about that, but would still love to check this place out during the warmer months.

Lynchburg, VA
Definitely the best brewery I have ever experienced hands down. It’s past its infancy and continuing to grow. It’s still small enough to feel like your own, but boast plenty of outdoor area and their porch is huge and mostly covered. The staff are the friendliest in town and the beer is on a level of perfection I’ve found nowhere else. They’ve started selling canned beers, but I prefer mine straight at the source. I love this place

It’s hard to believe you can get beer this good in little old Lynchburg (well, Forest), but Apocalypse delivers! They have about nine different brews on tap, several of which are gold and silver medal winners in national and international competitions. On the deck there is live music. Beyond the deck is the beer garden where people hang out and chill. It’s a very laid back atmosphere. The clientele can’t really be put in any one category, The age range will go from early 20s to 60s. Definitely worth checking out.

Fantastic beer!!! What an awesome escape in this town!!! Hops growing outside by their deck dog friendly backyard and a really chill atmosphere. I will be back every time I’m in town.
