Washing my car is something that I always put off, but after coming here I always wish I had come back sooner. They are thorough, nice, and speedy. The staff are all pleasant and friendly. The owner even gave me some tips for how to get tar off of my car.

Damaged car and won’t take responsibility
Had full cleaning in and out… thanked them, got in my car and left. At my next stop, I noticed the rear window wiper was broken… and just hanging on by its spring. I returned, told the «manager» and also told him I was unhappy that no one told me about it. He acknowledged that they should have said something, then proceeded to try to fix the wiper (plastic was snapped, so it wasn’t fixable). He offered me 10 free washes ($ 150); I said that I’d need to find out from my dealer how much a replacement would be. He realized I wasn’t taking his lowball offer, so he then messed around with the wiper some more and said,“I just think if our equipment had done this, it would have been a big snap”…(here we go). I said, «Really? Now you are going to do this?» And then he said, «We’re not responsible». I left. I hope you avoid this horrible place and I hope they sleep well at night.

I went there after finding them online and seeing they have the service I want– basic detail. The website says $ 12.95 but when I got there the price listed outside the garage was $ 15. I discussed the discrepancy with the attendant who took my car, who just said he doesn’t care but to try asking the cashier. So I did, and showed the cashier the price difference, expressing it is good practice to honor the price on the website. All he responded with was «the owner hasn’t updated the website» and that $ 15 is the price. I further expressed that he should honor the price on the website because it’s not my fault the owner is lazy and didn’t update the site with the new prices. The cashier wasn’t budging, but then I saw they have a discount card, so all I got was $ 1 off. And it was a bad clean job on the inside. My cup holders were not cleaned out, my weather mats were still dirty, and the windows were smudgy. I get they were super busy that day, but for their prices the work shouldn’t suck. I will not be going there again and would rather go to one of those $ 3 do it yourself places.

15 $ for an inside out car wash. Dashboard still covered in dust. Outside of my pickup truck still had salt of it, half-​ass hand dry! Never again! Take pride in your service!

Disaster struck this morning when my dog had a sizeable poop accident in my backseat, which I didn’t notice until she had thoroughly smashed it into my cloth seats. I didn’t have time to take care of it before work so the poop proceeded to bake in the sun all day.
I took my car here after work and they did an amazing job. Not only were they extremely friendly and good-​natured about my disgusting poop car, they also did a fast, thorough job and the interior of my car is probably the cleanest it’s ever been. I’m normally a drive-​through car wash at the gas station kind of girl but they just earned my continued business.

Nothing wrong with this car wash — got an interior and exterior wash for a great price while I waited. Helpful and efficient staff. Five stars.

I am getting ready to sell my car and needed to get my car detailed inside and out. When I came back for my car a few hours later it looked the way I did when I first bought it! The staff was super friendly and attentive. They made sure I checked everything out and was happy with their work before leaving. All in all a good experience and good priced.

Worst car wash ever, over priced, unorganized, and they never seem to clean the inside of your front window maybe it’s too much of a hassle for the guy to lean over the steering wheel to clean it. Harlem/​Randolph car wash is cheaper and they do a better job.

I was expecting a basic walk in and get out kind of the car wash. I was extremely surprised to find myself greeted by John, he walked me through the prices and description. On Thursdays ladies get full-​service for $ 10!

It depends what you want in a car wash place. If you want a cheap wash with a towel dry look no further. If you want a deluxe wash like I did on my last trip be prepared to be let down. I watched them towel down my car inside and out for 10 minutes and though «wow these guys rock». Then I drove off into the sun and noticed smudges and hazing all over the windshield and lots of smudges on the back when I got home. This sounds like #firstworldproblems, but if you pay to have a car cleaned the windshield is probably the most important part. I’ve done better with my t-​shirt.
Also, this place closes randomly. Don’t count on it being open during advertised hours.
Now to be fair, it is an excellent place to get the outside washed off (especially during the winter) and pretty cheap for that. It’s astonishing that they have so many people working and can’t deliver a high quality wash/​detail though.

A cheap basic car wash for me this morning. Wasn’t expecting much but they also had great service!
If you have a problem area let them know and they’ll spend extra time to make sure your car gets clean.

Crappy service, unorganized, overpriced. That pretty much sums it up. I typically go elsewhere but since this is closer to home I decided to give it a chance. Should have stayed away and taken the extra time to my usual place. Would not recommend, will not use again.

I paid $ 25.00 for the WORKS that means inside and out plus armor on the dashboard and tires after my car came out of the machine. I guess the workers didn’t see me but I stood by the window the entire time watching them. One of the workers started wiping my car down, he wiped my car down for five minutes when I told the cashier about the issue he responded back and told me did I tell the worker, I responded back and told him I paid $ 25.00 for a car wash and that isn’t my job to tell him anything. After talking to the cashier about the problem I still had to tell the worker about my car. I WISH I COULD HAVE MADE THIS REVIEW SHORTER BUT LISTEN TO ME AND LISTEN WELL AVOID THIS CAR WASH YOU CAN DO A LOT BETTER SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR $ 25.00!

Average. It’s one of those go into the car wash machine & we’ll wipe it down really quickly spots. Whatever kind of towels they use leave lint behind. If you need to be in and out and just want your car to be clean come here. If you want it to be spotless and you prefer hand washes etc go elsewhere.

First time writing a review, but I wanted to share the experience for others to be warned. The advertised price is not what you will get charged. The sign posted advertised a price, and the first attendant also stated the same price. The manager who was at the register said a different price. When I stated that you can not do that, his replay was «We can do whatever we want, we’re a private company!!!». Also, the wash was only fair — they do not wipe down the back seat area, only the front. Windows were smeared and still dirty. This was supposedly a «full service wash».

This horrible place lost my keys or they where taken. Didn’t help me get new ones and didn’t return my calls stay away horrible horrible place.

I was less than impressed. I called ahead to find pricing for a hand wash as I only get my car washed by hand, and was surprised that it was only $ 10 (I pay $ 20 – 30 for most hand washes).
When I called I asked if that included vacumming the person who answers stated he would take care of it. When my car was finished I was informed that the vacuum had broke and not available (while in the waiting room I had heard that this happened a few days prior) they made it right by using the vacuum in the detail center. I would say that it is not a bad wash but it is not for me.

They were inside my car wiping it down before It even got inside. Besides for the time I had it detailed, this is the cleanest my Jeep has gotten. It’s been awhile since I have been to a car wash this good., with workers swarming over my Wrangler.

When we first came, I would’ve given this place 5 stars and glowing reviews. However, the last three times we have gone, our car looked TERRIBLE!!! Two times ago, we paid for the car wash that includes cleaning the cup holders and they weren’t done at all. I actually showed it to the guy and he threw his towel in the car and walked away, obviously signaling for me to clean it myself, which I did. The last time (and literally this will be the last time we will ever go) our windows were just plain dirty. My husband says the rag they used to dry the windows must’ve been dirty and full of dust. My husband actually had to use one of the microfiber towels we keep in the trunk and redo all the windows. He also had to clean the front windshield since the workers sprayed it but didn’t wipe it. This place is beyond terrible and we are never returning.

I have been going to this car wash for the past year and a half and I have encountered server all people that give out different deals. I always pay $ 40 to get my floor cleaned and my seats spot cleaned. One day I came in for my usual cleaning and I see the same guy that gave me the deal last time I was there. He tells me it is $ 30 for each seat in addition for the floor. This type of inconsistency decreases their business integrity. I will be taking my business to MC Hand Car Wash where they take time on your car and the pricing is better for minor detailing.
