I have to give 5 stars for this hotel because of the service. I got to the hotel on frontage road after traveling for a whole day and I was tired and hungry and ready to sleep. I booked through Expedia and they got half of my information wrong so the man at the front desk, Brian, had me call them to fix it. He apologized but the info that Expedia had given him was incorrect and he couldn’t let me in without confirmation from expedia. Brian helped me work on it with Expedia for over an hour! Even though he was busy, he still made sure his costomers were a priority. He even called the place delivering me food TWO times to rush them along since they were late delivering it. He showed me an easier way to book hotels next time and printed out info for me. Brian made this annoying trip much better and I appreciated the kindness! Also, the room was decent and clean and what I would expect to get from the price. Fridge, microwave, tv, iron, soaps and a razor, air conditioning, free and easy to use shuttle from the airport, and two places nearby that deliver food. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed at the Hotel on 20-April-2015 for just one night. If all you need is a good clean room to sleep one or two nights this is the place. They had a shuttle from ATL The room was clean. TV were out according to them the cable company was working on them. Also Breakfast was Coffee, Juices, Bagels and breads, and Waffles. Its not a palace but for a good nights rest it was very good.

I’m a truck driver and had no choice but to layover here due to hours of service. Do yourself a favor and don’t stay here unless you absolutely have to. SKETCH! I had a chair propped up to the door if that gives you any indication of how bad this place is. Hopefully I never run out of time in this area again. If so, I will definitely seek other options next time.

My co driver and I had to have our truck towed to freightliner, we had to find a place to stay for the weekend. In the drivers lounge we saw a brochure for Econlodge, on paper it looked great! Renovated rooms, pillow top mattresses, a shuttle to and from the motel, and a truckers discount! We called to book a room and this is where we should have stopped. The lady that answered the phone was very rude, with an attitude that we were bothering her. Alas, we did not know the area so we went ahead and booked anyways. The shuttle driver showed up but could not be bothered to get off of his cell phone. When we got to the motel to check in, the same lady that was on the phone was there to «help» us. She too was on her cell phone throughout the check in process and was very rude to us. After we paid for the room, she dropped the key cards on the counter and turned her back to us to resume talking on her phone. We had to interrupt her conversation to find out what room we were even staying in! Let’s move onto the room… This room was awful. It was stuffy and smelled moldy when we walked in. There is no way it was recently renovated. The carpets were stains and filthy, the beds were lumpy and worn. Overall this has to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in. I would highly recommend looking at all options in the area before staying here. I wish we had done so.

I read several good reviews for this place and booked it online. Never again! I was afraid to climb into the bed, let alone eat the food! This place is gross! Save your money and go somewhere else!!!

I was sent here by Delta when they canceled a flight. The shuttle driver and receptionist were very nice, but the hotel itself is run down and stuffy. I ended up checking in and after seeing the room deciding to go somewhere else. They wouldn’t refund my money, which seemed ridiculous to me. If an airline tries to send you here, I suggest going somewhere else.
