I have sent cookies from here for years. Everyone always says they are great cookies. Always arrive when promised and as promised. Great service and a great cookie.

This place is a hidden gem of Forest Park. These cookies are sooooo delicious!!! Some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. The service is great, they do large orders, just make sure if it’s a holiday especially that you call days if not weeks in advance. I tried to get cookies a few days before Christmas and they were completely booked up. Why 4 stars? When I came in on a Thursday morning there was hardly anything in the cases. They had the cookies made in the back, but they weren’t up front. They have adorable gift wrap and bags for your goodies, which is perfect for small gifts for co workers or families. Give them a try, they are pretty amazing!

Always awesome cookies! The PERFECT mixture of crispy and soft and chewy! These people have definitely figured out the secrets to making a perfect cookie… Every cookie, every time is consistently great!

Although I had passed by this place many times, I had never taken a moment to stop and see what they were all about. I soon found out that i had really been missing out. When I walked in I was warmly welcomed.
At the time I was in search of the best option for giving my mother a sweet birthday gift that was an alternative to birthday cake. I was given a wealth of information and was made aware of my many choices when it came to flavors, quantities, size and the packaging.
The staff was polite, knowledgeable, patient and clearly communicated with me. I was allowed a sample in order to help choose which flavor of cookie would be best.
The cookies are delicious and the pricing is affordable. My first experience with Cookiegrams of GA was one the best customer service experiences I have had in some time. I hope that these ladies have continued success. I will be returning soon.

I LOVE this place.
They have been around for at least 15 – 20 years. They were at one point closer to JC Penny Outlet (Just some Cookie Gram history) a verrrrry long time ago. They are now located, still in Forest Park, behind the Chick-​fil-​A that sits on the corner of Jonesboro Road and Main Street.
They will make a cookie (The big one’s like the size of a pizza) any way you want it. Recently we picked one up for a co-​worker. And then another co-​worker ordered a Peanut Butter with Chocolate icing. I fell in love all over again! I haven’t eaten a cookie from here that I didn’t like. great consistency, right amount of sugar, always fresh and moist.
