I recently went to ATI in Forest Park due to an ankle injury. I felt as if i was passed off from one therapist to another every time I went in. I did not feel as if they were paying attention in any progress that was being made.(If any) They were often confused thinking i had done certain activities with different therapists. I would be told to do certain activities without being instructed oh how to. My therapist would often leave me from whatever activity i was completing to help other patience leaving me thinking there was a lack of employes or over scheduling patience. I’m sure some people have had positive outcomes from this place but as a 24 year old athlete looking for a solid, assured recovery. this place was not for me. Staff seemed fine besides all the whispers throughout every visit. It reminded me of high school gym class.

Injured my hand recently and — after getting a recommendation from an orthopedist — made an appointment with the ATI facility closest to home. The front-office folks were very flexible about scheduling and called to let me know there was a cancellation so I could see them sooner. Worked with a woman named Jamie, and she was terrific. Indulged me in every dumb question I had and got me set up to do my exercises at home; showed me how to do them and made sure I could do them myself. She was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. Just a great experience overall.
