Rude, rude rude! Staff need customer service training. I do not know why they are called a UPS Store when they really can not help with UPS issues. I needed a customs form for a UPS package I was dropping off. I was unable to print it from home. I was told by a rude staff person that they can not help, they don’t have forms and that they are just a drop off site for UPS. Fine, but he didn’t have to be so rude and arrogant with his response to my question. Not a helpful location!!!

I would give them a negative 5 if I could. I sent a package worth $ 60 to Canada and because his employee put $ 60 X 4 the whole thing cost me over $ 100.00. His employee admitted what he did but the owner was rude and refused to do a thing about it. Be careful what you mail with them!
