Love the garlic cheddar bread from the Shoreview Farmer’s Market, also the scones and pasta.

I like this place, I always get bread from here when I’m in town. The staff have always been courteous to me and my family. Next time I’m in town I’ll stop by and get some fresh bread. Place is closed

I haven given them two star mainly for their customer service. I would have given them more, had I not had such bad product. I am concerned about the cleanliness of the baking or storage of the bakery products. I purchase a scone, after taken my first bite I could see the inside had mold growing. I showed the employee on staff who offered me another scone, I accepted, then tore the next scone open to see more mold. The employee than offered me a a third scone that I declined and asked for a refund, he was more than happy to give me a refund. It is unfortunate that this has happened I really enjoyed there baked goods. I would go to them 2– 3 times a week when they were in Ham Lake. This is under new ownership, perhaps, the new owners are not experienced bakers, still very unfortunate, the baked goods WERE awesome. Soon there will not be small bakery who use real ingredients.

I don’t even know which aspect of this AMAZING bread artisan to begin with, so I will just start. Reasons to love Minnesota Bread Company(in no particular order): the bread tastes amazing, the customer service is above and beyond, they take special requests, they are vegan friendly, their flavor combinations are divine and the bread tastes amazing! Did I mention the breads don’t contain trans fats, additives, preservatives, lard, shortening, sugar*, eggs*, or milk*. *Sweet breads contain a light egg wash sprinkled with sugar. My new favorite bread store!
