The ice cream is delicious! The flavors are thoughtful and each one is better than the last. The only gripe I have is that the giant list of flavors written on the wall is completely fabricated. Not only do they not have half the flavors they list on the wall but they offer many favors not on the wall at all. Other than that it is amazing!

I love that there is a traditional ice cream parlor in Forest Lake. The service is excellent(fast, friendly) and the servings are huge. They have a variety of flavors to satisfy any craving and is a superb family outing. There is ample parking plus it’s just a short walk from the lake.

It was nice to walk into a rush of cold air conditioning today. The temperature of the place was a perfect reprieve from the sweltering heat. 32 Flavors: Cinnamon Mackinac Island Chocolate Pistachio Almond Praline Pecan Maple Nut Just to name a few. Sizes are mini, small, medium, large. At first glance the Dixie esque cups look Small, but not the case. They pack the cups pretty full. Small and mini are just the right size or were just the right size for us. The also have waffle cones, waffle bowls and regular cones. Prices are fair for what you get. Cute little deck off the back with some tables and about 5 – 6 tables inside. Staff was okay, but not overly friendly or outgoing… which is where the 4th star gets lost. Service seemed kind of awkward and forced. Maybe it was an off day. They were by no means rude, just kind of meh… can I help you? The signage is also kind of hard to see. If you didn’t know where it was ;it would be easy to miss. It’s a nice option if you don’t want DQ.

We have been on 2 occasions most recently last evening following Marketfest. The Ice cream was good; however staff was not very friendly or helpful to say the least. I found it strange that the names of the ice creams on the board listed were NOT what they were currently offering for flavors. The cost of 3 small and one regular cones were $ 17.50 which I thought was expensive to say the least and the cashier must not have believed I was telling the truth as to sized that we had ordered because she had to see what our children were eating(as they were already seated)

Awesome. This place reminds me of Nelson’s in Stillwater, but without the huge lines of people. I’m sure that will change as people become aware of it existence. I got a small peanut butter cup ice cream. Lots of ice cream and delicious. Prices not bad at all. I think they have 32 flavors. The kids got something that tasted like coffee and caramel. Can’t remember name of it, but also incredibly good. They don’t have waffle cones as of 7÷11÷2015, but the owner said soon.
