USA Vein Clinics

USA Vein clinic staff are very friendly and professional. Wait time is pretty reasonable and have flexible hours. The doctors take their time explaining procedures and what to expect.

I needed a specialist and i see the ad in the newspaper all the time, so i called. At first I was a little dissapointed that I had reached a call center (the operator mispronounced Staten Island). Because of my insurance the next available appointment was for another 4 weeks, but I made the appointment.
A few days before the day of, I received a call but couldn’t answer and a few minutes later I received a text asking to confirm. That is convenient.
The day of, I arrived late and out of breath and the receptionist was very pleasant and immediately offered a bottle of water!
The visit included a sonogram and the consultation, also very convenient. The only negative thing I have to say is that I had to wait a long time for the Dr but he was apologetic, very thorough and extremely pleasant.
I was given a date for a follow up and was told they would handle all the paper work ith my insurance.
The office is very clean, the staff is very pleasant.
