Obsessed with this nail salon and so happy it’s walking distance from my home! Everyone is professional and friendly. Salon is very clean and everything is very modern and new looking. I’ve gone to the same woman twice and she’s awesome but from looking around they all seem to do a great job. I had my eyebrows waxed and she was very knowledgeable and gave me tips on how to help make them grow more fully and to fix the shape. Only downside is they are a little more pricey than some of the other salons in the area but it’s worth it, I think. Paid 29 for a mani pedi plus tax (no weekday specials either which stinks). But they do have a card where you can earn a free manicure after a certain number of visits which is nice. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

Massapequa Park, NY
Metro Nails is my go-​to nail salon. The staff is beyond amazing and always friendly — both to regulars and walk-​ins. They do a quality job! Jessica is my main manicurist and my gels always last two weeks or longer. And if you’re looking for a great massage, ask for Esther! Olivia (the owner) is always super friendly and knows the customers by name, which is always nice. Highly recommended! But I guess if you want only a decent manicure, you can go across the street.

Everyone at this salon is very friendly and courteous. I got a pedicure and gel manicure, both of which came out very nice. They took their time and I did not feel shuffled around. One person did my toes and another did my nails, unlike other places I’ve been where sometimes one person will start and then hand off to another. My manicurist, Jessica clearly took the time to get to know me and it seems she knows many of her clients by first name. I had a great experience and it is worth the price.

My daughter went into the salon today to get a mani-​pedi for her birthday. She is 16 and most likely was dismissed by these foreign women because she’s young. She was passed over by someone who came in after her and then told by the nail person she was assigned to that they only had time for a mani or a pedi, not both. This after she had been waiting for 15 to 20 min. This is totally unprofessional. Maybe there was a collapse of understanding because they do not speak English as a first language but this is bad business. After this encounter my daughter found out that this was not an uncommon practice for this salon, We will never go back and will never recommend them. Too bad for them there are a lot of young women in this neighborhood with money to spend.

I regret ever stopping into this place. My manicure here resulted into a bleeding (first time ever) nail moment and even now my finger hurts. I called them immediately after the incident still gave me pain and they apologized. Now, as hours have passed I wish that it could be enough. I will never return here and hope that it heals without any health concerns.

Excellent nail salon. The owner is great and so is the staff of the sales n. It is always clean and they do a good job for manicure, pedicure, facial and massage! I have been going to this place for years and it still remains my Favorite nail salon in Queens! Esther is amazing !!

I regularly go to Metro Nails and these guys are the absolute BEST. Olivia — amazing facials and skincare — you have to go see her! This salon does the best Shellac in the business! Mani, Pedi, Waxing… you name it, they do it — and believe you me – they do it the best. Awesome place. I would recommend anyone and all to go there. You will be happy that you did! All the ladies there are super sweet! Esther, Joyce, Martina and Maria… you guys are awesome!

I have gone to this nail salon once and will never again. The prices are extremely high and the work is not all that great. The workers kept talking to each other while they were doing my pedicure, which usually I wouldn’t mind, but it was ridiculous how loud they were. I spent twenty dollars on that pedicure, which is an insane price in queens. Jj nails, which is now flawless nails, is right across from the cvs near this nail salon. It is $ 16 for a mani pedi Monday through Thursday. What a steal! Really not worth the money here.

Can’t really complain. We were in the area and decided to get my wife’s nails done. While I was waiting they convinced me to get a manicure. Can’t really complain well done, service and attitude were pleasant and the price wasn’t bad. Full manicure for me and French for my wife. 26.00 with generous tip. All in all pretty nice place would go back if in the area.

Great nail salon and they do hair!!! Never had my hair done but they have great pedicures! Very clean and neat! Only as chatty as you are. They are reasonable with their prices too. I’m a frequent costumer now.
