This Korean-​owned dry cleaner is close to our home. The seamstress gave me a surprise gift when I went to pick up my husband’s suit and my dress for a wedding we had to attend that weekend. I brought in a hi-​lo dress and had to shorten it tremendously because of my petite size. Apparently, there was a lot of fabric leftover that the seamstress made a scrunchie! By the end of the night at the wedding, the matching scrunchie became quite useful.

I’ve used them every 2 weeks to launder/​starch/​iron and hang my shirts for around 7 years. Almost never have a problem and if I do, they fix it the best they can. Also use them for tailoring my jeans and suits and am pleased with the results.
Love the service and people that work there. Talk to them about Unilocal and what’s new in the city to eat.

Regularly use them for wash and fold, everything comes back washed and folded without issues. Friendly service, fair prices.

When you trust your favorite shirt, dress or pants to the dry cleaners the last thing you expect is for the item to get lost, or to get it back with a new stain!
Unfortunately that is what happen at Atc Cleaners.
Not only do they try to overcharge you for service (probably thinking you won’t notice), they are very unprofessional and irresponsible!
I have paid for my dry cleaning, taken my clothing home and noticed a brand new mark right out the bag… when I called to inquire, I was told that they aren’t responsible for anything.
As a professional how can something like this get past you? Do they not look over the clothing? And if you see that you damaged the item why would you hope the customer won’t notice?
The LAST straw was them losing a shirt I had dropped off. They acted as if it was not possible and rudely dismissed the fact!
How can you turn away a customer who is concerned and searching for their item?!
It blows my mind that as a business they wouldn’t admit to the fault. but instead give attitude and deny the problem.
Needless to say I will never be returning here, and if you care about the quality of your clothing, or just seeing the piece of clothing again I would NOT — NOT — NOT recommend this «dry cleaner».
In this case, walk a little further to the next closest cleaners, TRUST ME its worth the extra walk.

I tried this place because the cleaner I normally go to, Smile Austin Cleaners, doesn’t do alterations. It’s also conveniently located near my work. When I first walked in, the staff was immediately friendly and asked if I was new to the area. It’s really nice to be greeted with friendly faces!
They also did a nice job shortening a pair of pants, fixing a hem on a skirt, and cleaning a blouse and skirt with stains.

I have used this dry cleaner since we moved into the neighborhood last year. The staff is always friendly and the prices are great. Used them for the first time on laundry today and was pleasantly surprised that as long as I got my laundry to them by 11am, I could it back by 5pm on the same day. I would recommend without hesitation.

My boyfriend and I use this cleaner all the time, however, recently, everything we’ve gotten back has been under par, dirty, like it hasn’t even been cleaned. We did not pay for a wash and iron, we paid for a dry cleaning. We will be taking our business elsewhere. We hope that everyone takes their business elsewhere. NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO GET AWAY WITH THIS TYPE OF SERVICE JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE CONVENIENT.

Use this cleaners all the time for dry cleaning and laundry. I drop my laundry off on Saturday by 9:30 and it is ready by 4:30. I had a difficult time finding a laundromat close by and I hesitated to spend the extra money to drop if off, but the price is very reasonable and they do a great job! I also don’t miss spending hours in the laundromat fighting over dryers.
Customer service is excellent. I guess the negative reviewer had a bad experience, but I have been a customer for over two years and have always been treated with the utmost professionalism.

Over the course of a month my husband and I made many trips here for their laundry service and dry cleaning. Everything came back fresh, folded, and complete. The prices are very reasonable and I could not have been happier.
I thought the front lady was very nice and accommodating so I’m not sure what the other reviewer is referring to.
I don’t live here permanently but if I did this would be my go to cleaner.
