One of the chain stores I have no choice but to give appropriate measure of stars. Four is certainly deserving, I typically find most all chain stores always seem to under preform regardless of their goods or services. The staff is always in such a good mood, smiling and sharing a genuine smile at checkout. The list of items I typically purchase is quite streamlined. Beer, beer, coffee, milk and beer. I just can’t entertain the notion of 7-Eleven hot foods, but in a pinch there is a good selection of bagged and canned goods and the Italian bread is excellent. Fortunately its just a hop, skip and a jump from home as the parking lot is just not adequate.

My 6-year old son and I call this the“good” 7 – 11. The others in the neighborhood aren’t nearly as clean, professional, and welcoming. Shelves are always stocked and the coffee and Slurpee areas are always clean.

I’ve been going to this location since it first opened. Great staffing, and great coffee always hot and fresh.

Definitely appreciate having one of these in my neighborhood for us peeps that are up at odd hours. Place is clean, staff is nice enough. When I have those nights where I’m stumbling home at 4am, I feel safe coming in here for a slurpie and taquito fix.

A much needed 7 Eleven in this town! Late night cigarette and beer run. There are no other deli’s around here that are open 24⁄7. This 7 Eleven also has a parking lot. There is another 7 Eleven on Woodhaven Blvd and another on Lefferts Blvd but this one is cleaner, larger, and has more variety of things.

Probably the only good 7eleven in the Middle Village/Forest Hills area. The one that is actually in Middle Village seems to attract riff raff of all kinds at all hours of the night. The one on Woodhaven is small, not a good selection and rude workers. This one is situated on Metropolitan Ave close to many nice little restaurants. It is also right next to a TD Bank. The parking lot here is nice always able to find a spot, and there is even street parking if need be. As for the store itself, the workers are always very pleasant and friendly. The staff actually knows what is going on in the store and they try to make your experience here good. The manager is a very nice Indian man who seems to enjoy his hair in odd colors, such as orange, why? I have no idea but regardless he is nice. The shelves are always stocked, large selection of Taquitos, and the coffee always seems to be freshly brewed. Definitely stop in here if this 7Eleven is in your general area.

I still haven’t found what I’m looking for. While we may not know what Bono is referring to, in this case I have still yet to find a 7 – 11 that is by all means, perfect. This is one of the few to come close though. When you walk into most 7−11s on the island, you feel as if you’ve stepped into 1978, and with several Queens ones, well, good luck not getting shot as they are robbed on a daily basis. This 7 – 11 is owned by a Forest Hills local and managed by a friendly Indian fella with hair that changes colors on a monthly basis(February is orange). The place is always clean and well stocked. They run all of the 7 – 11 promotions when available and have no problem going the extra mile and ordering things for you(i.e. Blue Point). There is an ATM inside and the workers do a good job brewing fresh coffee and keeping the coffee station clean. Parking lot in front and metered parking on the street for when it gets crowded.
