I ordered ahead on mobile. I went to pick it up on the time they told me but wasn’t ready. Staff seemed to be busy when it wasnt. Be patient on this location. They work slow.

Rude and hurried counter staff… they seemed short handed but still I stood in line for 15 mins while they took other orders and my wings were just sitting there ready… and by orders I mean like 2 phone orders and a walk in… rediculos I will not be coming back.

Wow, this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Wing Stop location. I think it may just be the bad area but the service was horrible. The cashier didn’t know how to work the register and kept asking someone else to help. I then got home to realize that the order was completely wrong and when I called back, STEPHANIE answered and said«NO, you are wrong. This is how you ordered your food.» I was like WOW… REALLY? How does«boneless» sound like«bone in»??? And to make matters worse, I live in Dallas and was only in Fort Worth visiting and STEPHANIE wanted me to drive back to Fort Worth to return the food I purchased. This was a very bad experience and needlesstosay I will NOT be returning to this location and would advise anyone else to steer clear of it as well. I still have my receipt and will keep it for record as I contact their corporate headquarters on this matter. I even took pictures of the food and the wings did not even have the paper to go under them. They just put the wings in a Styrofoam box… really? Is that how it’s done here??? No other consumer should ever have to go through this. STEERCLEARPEOPLE!!! P. S. Stephanie also told me CLAUDIA is the manager at this location… just fyi

Ordered with the android app without any problem. Food was ready for pickup on time and I got a military discount to boot. Good dinner.
