I called at 10:00 in the morning asking for same day service while I was at work. I had a gutter come off my town home. Susan answered my call and was very helpful to get my request taken care of. Tom was able to communicate with myself and get the job done by 3:00!!! Great team to deal with and will refer others their way!!!

Had some roof damage due to high winds on a weekend (e.g., vent cover blew off). Based on a recommendation of a neighbour, I called TSW on a Saturday and got hold of the owner. He agreed to have his crew come over the minute they opened on Monday to fix prior to any chance of rain. Have to do a shout-out to Brandon, the crew manager, as he was one of the nicest, most professional individuals I have ever worked with. He did a thorough inspection of the damage and provided me with three repair options, two of them cheaper than the repair option I originally inquired about. Would highly recommend you include this company on your list when seeking quotes for roofing jobs.

Tom put a new slate roof on my home about three years ago and they did a fantastic job. And he recently redid the roof on the porch of a rental property and also rebuilt the brick wall on the porch complete with weeping holes to prevent water buildup. Again, fabulous job. And the crowning touch — his follow up and accountability after the projects never cease to be thorough and consistent. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone!
