I first must say that since day one of the experience with Gillmore things have been great. On a whim my husband and I went to Forest Falls to look at properties. My hope was that we may be able to buy but unfortunately that didn’t work out due to extenuating circumstances. That didn’t stop the realtor(FRANK)!!! He is awesome buy the way. We were truly in love with the house but being the conservative type of person I am, it was a lot for us to risk in a short amount of time. But we were still in love and so were our kids. So we prayed and guess what, things worked out for all parties and we are in the house of our dreams. My personal opinion is that this is due to the continued efforts of our agent Frank and Gillmore. Thanks for the great experience that brought us to where our hearts have belonged all along. AN

I did not use the services of this place however I was visiting the area. I stopped by this place to ask a question regarding local geography and something I was looking for. The man sitting closest to the entrance was a dick he rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question and he was not polite. I am an investor and even if there was opportunity to buy I would not recommend someone who is not willing to kindly help someone for a direction.

Had the worst experience with them. We worked with Debi. Everything seemed great and was good when we got our place, when things went wrong they helped. We moved in with the propane empty. Had to refill, no big deal. Then winter hit and our heater went out(we didn’t have a fireplace) took them a while to fix it, ended up with the electric heaters you plug in the wall but that only made our electric bill sky rocket. We just had our baby in December so with the snow and no heater we decided it just was not working. When the heater actually got fixed it was when we were already out, just cleaning the house. Cleaning counters, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing the bathroom and vacuuming. Mind you I did all this w/my newborn. But we did not receive this when we were moving in. It was nothing but a pig style filthy mess.(I took many pictures to prove, which I still have) I had myself and 5 others helping me scrub and clean so we can move in.(Did this pregnant) told Gilmore we couldn’t believe they allowed these people to move out with it looking like this. Got refunded and everything was fine. We filled our propane tank on December 20($ 300) we moved few weeks later, no way it couldn’t be empty because we stayed at my in laws so we can make sure our baby was warm. So we hardly use any of the propane. It would still be full by the time we moved out, but Debi stated«it was empty» and we couldn’t get refunded that amount of money. Which in our rental agreement it stated we will be reimbursed or refunded. Another lie. When we moved out, as I stated, we cleaned and made sure it didn’t look like how we moved in. When we finally called debi(took a while to get ahold of her, no answers from anyone in Gilmore for about 2 – 3 weeks!!!) to tell her about getting our deposit back, it took a while and we got less than half!!! She said we left it a mess and things were in the bathroom. Complete lie! Which is weird though because while we were cleaning, Debi came for the walk through and said it looks good and couldn’t see why we wouldn’t get our whole amount back. We should’ve had her walk through the house when we were done, now we know for next time. Now we know not to rent. So now we been saving to buy so we don’t ever experience this again. Such a loss of money and effort. Disappointed is an understatement.
