Hair Castle

had my hair high lighted there by girl named Jenna, I work hard for my money and I saved up money finally get it done and thought I would get a great job done but I was wrong my high lights were not high lighted to the roots looks like big gaps so look like they grew out and need to be redone my hair is a very dark brown and only had 3 almost 4 thin pieces of high lights on the top of my hair so it look big blank gaps on top not much high lights and also asked for blonde and got dark gold orange color high lights was «told its just lights in here» and it would look better at home so I trusted her and went home but it didn’t look better, still bad I ask to have it redone but was told she was taught to leave big gaps between the roots and high lights and she wouldn’t fix that and wonted me to pay her more to add more high lights to make it actually look like I got it done right and they would still have be gaps and look like they already grew out and so I got told no refund and she is her own boss and find another stylist so I wasted money stuck with dark gold/​orange high lights look like they r grew out all ready and not much high lights on top looks so bad don’t wont to go anywhere cause I’ve had people ask me what happen its like just throwing money in the trash and now have to pay someone else at different place to fix it the right way I believe this was the worst high lights I ever had done in my life and I have got my hair lighted over 20 times and even let students at a collage high light my hair also before and never been done wrong like this in my life

They are really good and if you go in try and get Becky she is really good listens to you on what you want. She cuts a little to see if you want more cut or not.
