Be leary of what they say they are selling you with a warranty. I bought a «factory refurbished» computer with supposedly a new battery that was to last 8 – 9 hrs. Real life it completely drains in 4 hrs. Several trips back to the store to check the battery and they won’t replace it since it «passed their tests». Not very happy with their customer service. I feel a company should stand behind their products and promises.

I really don’t know why this store has 1 employee working at all times. I’ve called numerous times with no answer or call backs so of course I had to go in. Lo and behold 1 guy tom was diligently working by himself to get the line slimmed down. Once it was our turn tom was beyond helpful in accessing our needs. If corporate is reading this please help tom out by hiring equally competent employees so someone can answer the phone or help customers more than 1 at a time.

Wow what great experience I will be coming back for sure. The staff was amazing and helpful Brady & Michael. Then I was able to trade in my old Mac for money towards my new Mac. I would highly recommend.

These five stars are for Brady. This guy is terrific. We were two middle aged ladies who came in on Pioneer Day in order to find a way to use my son’s outdated and hopelessly locked I phone. Brady was so helpful as he taught my friend how to use her first I phone. This IS the go to place if you need an apple store. WE LOVE BRADY!

I came in around 530 last Thursday. Ready to just hand over my 6yr old Mac the two guys took the time to open up my Mac and realize the memory cards weren’t all the way seated. This allowed me to get my comp up and running again! Saved me about $ 1300. When it’s time for a new one I will buy from here!

I was very disappointed with my Simply Mac experience and would not recommend it. I came in to exchange my old iPhone for a newer, and, per the recommendation of the salesperson, decided to wait till the iPhone 6 came out (in a few weeks). We still got a price quote for my current phone which was supposedly saved in the system. When I came back to get the 6, there was no record of my quote or having been there and that my phone was not in acceptable exchange condition. If that is their policy, that is jusssstttt fine. But don’t string me along for 6 weeks based on the underhanded work of an incompetent employee. Do yourself a favor and skip these bozos.

walked in… decent customer greeting and communicating to be with me. the tech told me to leave my laptop as they wanted to evaluate my computer. seemed very much like a used car method. after 30 mins i decided this is not working for me… i asked for my laptop back and it took another 10 for them to get it back out of figure who helped me, attempted to have me leave it again. then came out to tell me my mother board was water damaged!!! i took my mac to apple store and had it evaluated for free and it was my hard drive as i told them i thought it was with the repair tool. this place is a joke and not knowledgeable. i wouldn’t send my grandma here as she would come home with a $ 4000 mac pro desktop with double monitors.

These guys have always been wonderful. They have taken care of my MacBook Pro a few times for a very reasonable price. I bought my AppleTV from them and it’s great. I, also, bought my 1 TB AirPort hard drive/​router from them and had to refer back to them a couple times for questions and lost passwords and they always helped me without question. Top notch. Five stars.

My go to for Mac help. They’ve helped with adding software, installing new hard drive, backing up and now today patiently walking me through synching my iPhone & cleaning up my laptop. Everyone is seriously always friendly & beyond helpful. A shout out to Stein for the help today. I will continue to come back!

This is my second time in at this location, and for a good reason. When I went in the first time the technician Chris saved my wedding photos. This time around they replaced my Mac screen. This location is incredibly efficient and easy to work with. I recommend this location!
