Garden Grove, CA
This is the go to Barber shop when I am in the area, I work in North County now but was in the area last week and dropped in on Napo just to say hey and get a «Tune up» and realized I had never reviewed this spot!
First off, this place is way cool. Call it nostalgia or call it chauvinism but I like a men’s space like this. You don’t smell perms or nail polish drying in V’s! No purple capes either!
Second; He always cleans up the beard pretty good and trims the eye brows so that I don’t look (too much) like a mad scientist!
Third; Let’s put it this way; It’s not that I’ve got bad hair… It’s just that there isn’t enough of it to cover my damn head! but I always look better when leave!

Ear was cut with straight razor. Hairline looked like it was done by Michael J Fox. Right side longer than left. They fixed it afterwards though and I was happy.

Amazing. Never been here before and I got the best haircut Ive ever gotten. That is high praise. Ive never gone to the same barber or stylist twice because they never get it just right. I know I’m coming back here. Ask for Kathy if you can. Thanks again V’s!

Tony is the best barber in Orange County. The beer, flat screens. And great comradery make this a must. Even if it takes 30 minutes to get there.

Great professional place to get a good cut. I highly recommend Dan. I have never had a bad cut by this gentleman. He takes pride in all his cuts. Drink a beer, get a nice cut while watching baseball, what more could a guy ask for?

Clean, friendly, professional. Came here for the first time yesterday and really liked this place. Got my haircut from Janie and she gave me a great taper/​comb over cut. The owner there is a great guy as well. You get the «homey» feel here for sure. If you’re ever in the foothill/​OC area and need a cut, this is the place to go.

I’ve read some of the negative reviews and was kind of surprised. I’ve been going here for a few years now and Napo always hooks me up with a good haircut. From what I see all the barbers here take pride in their work and it shows. I always make an appointment and in the few cases where I’ve had to wait til Napo was ready– they always offer me a beer while I wait. Beer, a great haircut, and a flat screen at each chair… what more could you ask for.

I brought my boyfriend to V’s. We were in the area and it got great reviews, so I thought it would be worth a shot. My bf usually goes to the cheep-​o shops and it shows, so I will admit, I was kind of on a mission. Fred was his barber and he did a fantastic job! I was so impressed with the results that we will be back. Also, the guys in the shop made me feel very welcome and the back and forth banter kept me laughing. There’s a great vibe here. I would highly recommend V’s. Thanks Fred for making my boyfriend look so great!

Been coming here for a couple of years now. Friendly staff, clean facility. The barbers take pride in their work. Always a friendly greeting when I walk through the door. I bring my son in as well and they do a great job with kids. They’ll put on kid appropriate shows on the tv at the barber station if needed.
I see Fred as my regular barber. Great guy, easy going. Does an awesome fade.

Stuart hooks me up. Another local (cheap) shop hacked me up but Stuart fixed it over the course of a couple visits. I don’t trust anyone else since old barber in The IE croaked. Shop is clean and comfortable. I take my son there too.
