Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell of course! i only get to go once a month if that so I get pretty excited when I go and order a lot of items off the menu every time! its Always really good!
But this time I went and it was HORRIBLE
The potatoes were rock hard!
The taco shells were stale!
There was not a lot of cheese on anything I ordered! which is the best part of Taco Bell items (super cheesy)
I was really disappointed!
Not sure I’ll continue going to this location

Probably the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to in my life. Granted, it looked like there were only 2 people on shift, so that seems like it’s more of an issue with management pinching pennies on payroll than it is their fault

Waited 20mins for my order inside. I dont get how it took so long. There was a couple that got their food, ate, and finished before I got my togo order.

Horrible. Had a quesadilla wrapped in tinfoil. The tortilla was completely stuck to the tinfoil. Cheesy fiesta potatoes had some very old potatoes that were hard and dry, as well as some fresh potatoes mixed in. I will never go back to this location.

This Taco Bell, surprisingly, is a Taco Bell first before it is anything else. It also has a Pizza Hut Express in it.
There are barely any customers inside during Happier Hour. The workers are very laid-​back when there isn’t anything to do here, but they are nice. The tables are very basic and there are no comfortable cushioned seats if someone has a sensitive butt. As opposed to the KFC/​Taco Bell location, they have mango iced tea. It is very sweet when drank alone.
The food had no problems and it came out quickly since I didn’t order a lot.

I love taco bell but this has to be the worst one in it’s chain. Once I found ants in the nacho cheese for my nachos. Just about every time I bought a hard shell taco… I swear they broke it into tiny peices and still gave me it anyways. I will never buy or accept anything free from this location. I have yet been to another taco bell since.

The reports are true about the drive thru wait. Good god! I aged a few days waiting in line. I think there is a space time rift where a few minutes equal a day in real time. Oh my god they take forever!

The worst drive through ever… thought it was that one time when the drive through took FOREVER!!! so I came back was I wrong -.- … employees are nice but service is way to slow slowewwwwwwwwewwwwwwwww FAST FOOD doesn’t make sense here

Ok so I am sitting here at Taco Bell. Only 2 people are working in here. There is a third person but she refuses to come out of the office. I’ve been waiting 25 min to get my order to go. Then there is another guy waiting as long as me to just order. The manager is in the office and just sits in there. I was just compt a cinnamon twist for my trouble, but lack of manager here needs to be fixed.

Bad management, bad training. Just waited in line at the drive thru for 20 minutes. The car in front if me took 17 minutes. That’s rude to keep your customers waiting that long. Have them pull around the to front. Their excuse is that they had 12 items, um, so have them pull around. Ridiculous I had to wait for just 2 quesadillas. Horrible place. Horrible service from the tall girl with the glasses working tonight. She was rude.

Worst place ever. I confirmed my orders 3x & they still got it wrong. I don’t think anyone speaks English there awful awful.

This is fast food guys! It’s not a 4 star restaurant. The staff are friendly and the food is what it’s expected to be. The odor outside is kinda gross but whatever.

This place has terrible customer service. They gave me old pizzas and the quality at this place is not up to par with other taco bells

The food came out perfect and warm not to hot every time I have ordered. Here the staff is very friendly and the cleanliness is superb. Sometimes the tables are a little dirty but they are quick to go and clean them. IT starts to make sense as to why they are the #1 Taco Bell in Northern Cali.

Bleh. Once upon a time (like a year ago), I used to live really close by, like within walking distance and I’d frequent this Taco Bell after my various errands at the town center. And each time, I was disappointed because for some reason, I just couldn’t find a decent Taco Bell in my immediate living area (at that time). Why is that?
The staff that works here is all young, rude, and irresponsible. My order has been wrong multiple times, mishandled, or just plain cold. The bag only contained one sauce packet for about 2 – 3 items and the drink was filled to the brim and spilling over as it was passed to me via the drive thru. Horrible.
Worst part of it — when I wrote to corporate they told me this was one of their best stores. I have to disagree. I grew up on Taco Bell so I’m sort of a Taco Bell expert. Just can’t help it. It’s like their hot sauce runs through my veins. Blame my Mother and her love for Taco Bell during her pregnancy. *sigh* So yeah, I know my Taco Bell and I’ve had BETTER Taco Bell experiences up in north county where they employ a slightly older crowd that values their paycheck. Whatever. Glad I don’t have to deal with this mess anymore.

I had a craving for a bean burrito and stopped by for lunch.
When I saw the Dorrito taco I had to try it.
I checked in and saw how low the rating was and figured I needed to write a review to try and raise the average. That whole sauce debacle last year was bad, but they seem to have seen the error of their ways.
The tacos were awesome. They came out as close to the picture in the ad as any fast food item you’ll get. They were like a 7-​layer dip taco.

I’ve lived in FR for 6 years. I was so happy to have this TB on my way home but to my dismay this one location let me down.
My gf got sick her 3 times and we stopped going here after the last time and I smeeled sewage.
We now live in RSM and my gf hasn’t gotten sick from it yet or really any other TB. Hopfully they fixed the problem.

Ok next time I get an instant craving for pizza hut I will know better. I’m writing this as the PH1 is doing a number on my poor stomach. Yeah I know as a Unilocaler I should have known better… but memories of one of my childhood favorite has stabbed me in the back :(
Even disregarding the fact that I’m eating pizza hut at a taco bell, it shouldn’t have been that bad. I was in a hurry and didn’t think it was going to be a problem let alone a scarring experience.
My first sign of distress came shortly after I got my food. It was 1:10pm and the throw away time on the sticker was 1:15 :(
The first bite of the pizza was a soggy doughy undercookness. Being grossed out, I went for the drink and got kick in the mouth by extremely syrupy lemonade. As in, it’s not drinkable! I had to wait until I got back to work and add water to even it out :(
So I turned to the breadsticks for comfort but they were just as old and had already turned into long pieces of cardboard.
But the budget driven person i am. I manage to eat the food, but if I had the money to burn I would have thrown the entire meal away…

Has Taco Bell and Pizza Hut items. It’s pretty clean. the people who work here act a lot like they work at Taco Bell. eh. w/​e

Am I the only one that loves this place?! Ya, I know it’s fast food and all, but I still love it! Growing up my fave fast food place was always Taco Bell. Things have changed since than and it’s no longer my fave, but I still like my Taco Bell every once in awhile.
I was craving Taco Bell today for lunch. Went through the drive thru and was in and out in about 3 minutes. I love their bean burritos and their double decker tacos. And for around 3 bucks, I’m happy. Their food is always served hot and somewhat fresh. And their employees are always nice and friendly. I’ve only eaten inside this Taco Bell once, and it was nice and clean as far as I could remember.
Today, my guilty pleasure was my dearest Taco Bell. :)
