OC All-Stars Cheer & Dance

I got to know the staff of this company through my wife who was employed there. These are quality people who I enjoyed spending time with. The company is well run by people who respect each other, their employees, and the youth they teach.

Great coaches, great family atmosphere… big yellow bow!

Based on 4 months worth of membership, I am really disappointed about the school‘s dance department plus the front desk work! I expected more from the school reading about the achievements and rewards.
First of all, when I came in for the first time the front desk girl was not able to tell me which class has available spot and got confused about the printed dance class schedule list! The online class schedule is absolutely not updated, had to go in for more info, because some classes not even started!
Secondly, my daughter chose 2 dance classes but after the 3^rd class we quit from the one, because the teacher spent a lot of time regulating unfocused girls, started the class 5 mins later and kept 5 mins break in the middle.
The other class has substitute teacher 3 times and there was ballet instead of jazz dance. The teacher was really really strict and she could not make a contact with my 5 years old sensitive daughter! She got scared and started crying from her loud voice, but the teacher just ignored her and the solution for the situation was keeping my daughter at the side of the wall, watching others.
Finally, it was strange for me, that not every kids wanted to participate at the year end recital. (We belonged 2 other schools in the past, but all of the kids performed at the year-​end show.) So they combined the ballet and jazz classes and my daughter got involved with not beginner ballet dancers to learn the routine for the recital. That was the point when we quit from the school.
Probably, the cheer part of the school works better, if you are looking for dance classes pick one in Irvine!

My girls have been taking gymnastics here since August. We absolutely love Coach Josh! He’s so good with the little ones! Definitely come check this place out if you have toddlers with lots of energy. They have so much fun!
