My battery in the bike stopped charging. I took it bike to the bike shop I purchased it from Bike Attack in Santa Monica and they held onto for over a month telling me that Easy Motion hadn’t yet sent the battery. I called Easy Motion and it was clear that Bike Attack hadn’t even bothered contacting Easy Motion. Easy Motion sent out a new battery right away and gave me the name of other dealers to take the bike to. If you register your bike they guarantee the battery for 5 years.

The Neo Jumper is a very comfortable bike on city roads, and the pedal assist helps me keep pace with traffic. Took the bike out on the American Tobacco Trail (45 miles round-​trip), comfortable, and the battery saved me on the way back (NC summers are really hot.) Took it on single-​track around Lake Crabtree, that was a good experience (my first.)
So yeah, I am thoroughly enjoying the Neo Jumper! I bought the bike at Adam Solar Resources in Pittsburgh, PA — which a great local electric vehicle resource, too!
