All League Sports Photos

Worked with someone on pictures that I never received and kept getting the run around. Went from «we don’t have your pictures on record» to «we delivered them to the YMCA»… If they delivered them, they would have a file to reprint my pictures. To date I still do not have a refund nor the pictures I paid for. I will NEVER buy photos from this company again.

Don’t use this guy.
Rude, obnoxious and have a big chip on his short fat little shoulders.
He had a huge problem with parents taking pictures with their cell phones even though they were purchasing his so called discounted packages.
I guess he was afraid he won’t get his all mighty $.
Giving them one star for actually having second photographer at the site.

I ordered the photos for our whole team. I also ordered, in addition, 4 extra 8×10s for the coach’s gifts. I ACCIDENTALLY checked the box next to «Individual Photo» rather than «Custom Team Print». So, what I received were four giant pictures of our son, which were not even good. I called and I told them what had happened and I asked whether we could switch out those photos for four images of the whole team to make it right. I need to give gifts to the coaches at the end of the season. They were not sympathetic, or polite, and said that they were «not like Nordstrom». These are «custom prints.» As a layperson, I guess it is hard to understand how much PHOTO PAPER could possibly cost, given the fact that they already have the negatives. Could it be that much that you want to make a customer unhappy by not helping them in the least and not even being sympathetic? Is it impossible to offer to do more prints at their cost? No help was offered in any way. The owner just did not even care. Boy, if a vote ever comes up to pick a new photographer for our baseball league, I know what mine will be. Guess they are smug and not worried. This must be a giant contract for them. Irvine Pony League is big. Yes, I checked the wrong box, but the form is a bit complicated (there are 20 choices). I told the owner that the prints were not even good enough to save. He did not care. Major attitude. I am going to call my photographer friend and see how much four prints would cost to see if it really would have posed a hardship to the photographer to help me out.
