Wendy’s

This location is very busy and it seems the start can’t handle busy days. There’s a line to the door and this place only has one register open. Why not open the other register that’s right there not being used to take more orders and make things move faster? Meanwhile you got a worker walking around not doing much and looking so lost. And to top it off, they got my order wrong but I wasn’t gonna wait any longer for them to redo it so I left very unhappy.

These guys are the homies. I nominate Robert for employee of the month. I dropped my credit card on the ground and he dove out of the window to grab it. Keep up the great service!

I live with in close proximity to two Wendy’s. After visiting both facilities. I choose to go to this Wendy’s on Summit. The staff and the store manager here are very friendly. The eating area are always well kept and tables are clean. During this visit I tried the bacon gouda cheeseburger with garden salad, tasted fresh, hot and yummmooo.

This Wendy’s has the best Baconator fries I’ve seen. The bacon was crisp and plenty. The employees were courteous and the restaurant was clean. Night and day difference from the other Fontana location (Baseline). The only bad thing I can say was the bathrooms were completely wrecked.

This is one of my favorite Wendy’s but when I went on 10−11−15 at about 4:30pm the lady taking my order was rude and unfriendly. She snatched my card and basically forced my food at me. I ordered the 10 piece nugget meal and the food was barley warm. Very disappointed since I was hungry and hadn’t ate all day!

Best Wendy’s drive thru. The team is fast, efficient, kind, and they’ve never messed up my order. I never go inside so I can’t speak for that.

We eat at this wendys A LOT. Want to know why? The food is good, priced well, food is always fresh, it’s SUPER FAST, our order has never been wrong, AND they are always nice.
We have been to other wendys close to this one and there service isn’t anywhere comparable.

When it comes to fast food I think Wendy’s is not half bad. I like the burgers but not the fries and I really don’t care for salads. However on a hot sunny day I love the Frosty’s!

Slowest drive thru at night… they take forever. all the Wendy’s I’ve been too never took this long! You can see the workers just sitting there laughing not even doing their dam job!

I went to this location earlier through drive-​thru and the woman taking my order was in a complete rush as if she was ready to clock out. I don’t come here often but I didn’t appreciate being rushed while I was ordering. Once I completed my order I asked her to repeat it, she missed one, I told her what she missed, and she had the audacity to say, «um I’m pretty sure you didn’t say that». I corrected her, then she says, «I’m sorry», and goes on and giggles. I pulled up to the window to pay, CRYSTAL; had no good customer skills. No smile, looks like she was literally ready to clock out and go home, and didn’t bother asking how I was doing. I left out of the drive-​thru to park and eat. She didn’t even bother leaving any spoons for my order, let alone complete my order. Ridiculous. I only rate one star because of this particular staff. Everything else — the location, the other staffs I’ve associated with, and the food is excellent.

This has been a consistently good Wendy’s location! Came in on a Sunday night drive-​through was a little busy but the line went quickly I had a fairly large order The girl at the drive-​threw made sure my order was correct she had a smile in her voice and spoke clearly (sometimes it’s impossible to understand employees in the drive-​threw)
My order was out lickety-​split!
Catherine my drive through assistant had a great attitude and a lovely smile she double checked my order to make sure all my items were there! What more could I ask for?
Food was hot & fresh Love the Dave’s classic double the wife gets the chicken salads and is never disappointed
The kids love the wraps!
We will definitely keep coming back!
Quality management here shows!

I don’t know if it’s only this location but their soda fountain is behind the counter so you have to ask for refills.
Service was not good. The cashier that took our order was not friendly and welcoming, also not efficient. He messed up our order with the fries, he gave us the wrong size.
Good thing the food was good. Fries were awesome crispy.
The chicken nuggets were yummy.

Food wasn’t as good sas usual. I never felt so rushed in a drive thru before. The chick at the window didn’t give me the right change back. Instead of .90c she gave me back .10c…um okay. she didn’t offer me ketchup amf she said okay bye without giving me my drink. I had to ask for it. Never going back to this Wendy’s again

They can never seem to get my order right and always over charge me. When you confront them about it they’re extremely rude. Not my fault you can’t get my order correct, don’t take it out on me!

I’ve tasted way better Wendy’s than this, what wrong with you guys, you always screw the order up. Also, why in the hell are the fries so goddamn salty, pardon my strong language but, come on. You don’t need a degree in Astrophysics to cook fast food, its not that HARD! Wendy’s. Get your shit together please, and stop screwing up. Yeah it sucks working at a fast food restaurant, but destroying a chains reputation isn’t going to help you, in fact you’ll lose your job if they close down. Trust me, I’ve seen many Wendy’s close because they didn’t do well. –_–

Please just get my order right. Ordered multiple items got home and it all came out wrong. Next time spicy chicken sandwich we can get it on just as long as the drive thru lady lets us by putting you in my bag.

Great drive through service. Always fresh and never cold. Never had a problem. Way to go wendys!

Pretzel bread burger & chicken sandwich were yummy!
Service was excellent & got the food quick!
The location is pretty convenient as it is near the freeway & in a big commercial area.
We saw lots of people go through the drive thru but not many dined in the restaurant.
Plus, I love their bbq sauce to dip my fries.
Great for a short stop in the area.

Good food but they are horrible at the drive thru. I live 2 minutes away & I’ve been coming here for over 5 years. & whenever I get something by drive thru. I would always be missing order items. ALWAYS. Now, I check my bag before I drive out. They don’t like it, but I would suggest this to everyone.

Came here on a Friday, and there was a long line… Why? Because they only had one person working the register. No bueno.
Overall, I love Wendy’s, especially their cheap value menu. I love the baked potato with chives and sour cream. I always get that.
What stood out at this Wendy’s was that they had a worker going around to tables like she was a waitress and asked if we needed any refills or anything else. What fast-​food place does that?! That was cool. Then we had this kid go around to tables asking for money to get home to Long Beach to his parents. We asked him what he was doing out here in Fontana and then asked how old he was etc. He looked like he was in elementary but he said he was 14. I didn’t buy it, but my friends still gave him $ to help out and try to teach him a lesson. He supposedly came here to visit his grandma. Lucky him there were some nice people out here that gave him a buck or 2.
I say his parents and grandparents are irresponsible adults or the kid is just a liar.
Anyway, back to Wendy’s…this place had food container holders to keep our burgers and other food from spilling. Never seen that before. Loved seeing it, but it is a waste of cardboard.
