They have the worst delivery services and don't bother complaining because they continue using the same drivers They mark your packages delivered and then submit a photo of a bag on the floor but no door or room number then u immediately call the store but they don't answer in any department and hang up after continuing to just ring and if you call Walmart. Com they cancel your order which means you wait up to 10 days just to get your money back Don't bother asking for signature required because they don't follow that either this has happened about 20 times to me because I am on oxygen I am at their mercy and I am sick of it

Walmart in Fontana on Foothill has remodeled and I hate it I went there with a $ 400 budget and only spent $ 23. The aisles are too small it’s too cluttered and the shelves are empty. I’m really thinking I’m going to become a Target shopper

This store has the worst customer service. I went in on 5÷31÷2016 and was treated so rudley because I was gay. I was wearing my rainbow bracelet and had a rainbow sticker on my planner when I went to pay the cashier rolled her eyes and refused to help. I asked for the manager the call the lead cashier who the. Takes 20 mins to call the assistant manner who was just as rude and her co worker don’t know who she was was rude too. I felt belittle and emberessed. All this was for a little 5 dollar item I wanted to purchase but the cashier wouldn’t sell it to me because she assumed that I was buying it for so, eons else. It was horrible. Never again will I go there. The McDonald’s is always full of trash. the health department should go in and close it down because there are so many
have been in customer service for over 20 years and I would never, aka my customer or guest ever feel like this

This Walmart is the small older version. Does not have a full grocery section. A lot of the items you might find at a Supercenter are not available at this Walmart. I only come here because it’s close for stuff that I know they have, otherwise I drive to the Mountain Ave location.

This walmart is ghetto!!! The workers are so lazy and rude like c’mon somone will not hesitate to give them a dose of their own medicine… And also the whole remodeling of the store is so ugly and unorganized and alot of the shelves are empty like HELLO! Doesnt anyone know how to restock shelves! And Kora or however it is, is really rude! When you call and ask a question and when you ask a question in person all she does is sit at thr fitting room with the fan on u wouldnt be surprised if someone sntached her wig one day…

I first went to the Walmart store in Rancho Cucamonga on Foothill St. Where I initially purchased the Easter clearance items. I was disappointed at that location they did not except returns on holidays clearance items. Even with a receipt.
I decided to call the Fontana location on Foothill St.
I spoke to Angel in customer service department. Inquiring about their after holidays /​Easter items I bought on clearance.
She informed me they do except returns on after holidays items. But only on conditions that the items is still in good standing/​sale able conditions.
She recommend for me to bring it in and go from there. I walked in 30 min. later. Two of the ladies in the return department were not sure if they can except my returns. From their facial expression, they don’t seem pleased in assisting me.
Luckily for me Angel happened to walk out in the middle of my conversation with them. One of them asked Angel if they can make a return on clearance Easter merchandise .
Angel came over to inspect that it’s still in good condition gave them a go ahead and except my returns with a receipt.
They still questioned her authority, Angel stopped to explained to the two ladies the store return policy (Uuggh really). With that said, they continued with my returns wearing a frown on their face.

This wal-​Mart is absolutely disgusting. They were out of so many things and the store was filthy. Also, workers were so rude and so ghetto that I will NEVER go back to this place.

I purchased my tires and a tire maintenance package from Walmart in Pico Rivera. A few months ago I moved to Fontana and have been coming to this Walmart for my maintenances. Every time has been a pleasant visit until today. I was greeted by the rudest red haired hag who had no personality and was rude from the get go. After she signed in my car with an attitude I asked what the estimate time for my car would be in which she rudely responded that Walmart never gives estimate times. I reminded her how many times I’ve been there and that every time they have. She called her supervisor Pablo out to which he gave the same ride response and that’s when I unleashed the beast on both of them. Called the store manager out and gave him a barrage of tirades on the rudeness of the two associates in their tire lube express center. Needless to say I will NEVER return to this store for my shopping needs and definitely not for my automotive needs. I hope this tire lube express continues to lose business and eventually closes. Calling corporate today to report this store.

I only come here if the other Wal-​Marts don’t have what I am looking for. Otherwise, I stay far away from this location.
Also, expect people to be fighting in the parking lot… smfh…good Lord…

Just went in to purchase some jewelry… Waited at the jewelry counter for 15min and no one ever came by. Finally a lady was walking by the counter so my fiancé asked if there was anyone available to help us and she abruptly stated, «on lunch. Can’t help you.» My fiancé said «no problem, but could you just radio someone to come help us?» And she said, rudely, «no, I’m on lunch and I’m not supposed to work on my lunch.» Then she started yelling for some guy named Javier several aisles away, but he did not hear her, apparently, and she just walked away toward the McDonald’s… Wish I had gotten her name, but at that point my fiancé was fed up and we just left. This type of non-​existent customer service should be unacceptable. Guess we should just stick to jewelers and legit jewelry stores… Three times as much money, but at least they ACT like they want your business. :-P

Okay. How many of us rate every Walmart that we go to? Not me, but I felt compelled by all of the negative ratings to at least try to balance things somewhat.
Yes. There is room for improvement… no doubt. This is true about most Walmarts. YET, I did have a good experience here other than the two following things.
1. Selection seemed to be less that what I was accustomed to.
2. The lines were LONG… like bad long, no like Christmas long.
Yet, the cashier was apologetic (for the conveyor that didn’t work) and was friendly to me.
This place needs help, but it not abysmal.

It a brand new defective camera for Christmas with extended warranty brought it to store for exchange and they said I cannot return it WALMART IS HORRIBLE BOYCOTT THIS STORE

Sucks!1 register open… last time I come here, target has better customer service!!! People should not stand in line for 10 minutes.

My experience is a little unique but worthy of 0 stars. I called yesterday looking for a black sweatshirt. The woman said she would hold it for me for 1 hr. I told her im omw right now. I arrived within 20 min.
I generally hate shopping at Walmart but I had already checked all of the other stores and no one had one. This was the last thing I needed to complete my Halloween costume. When I arrived I found out that she had not held the shirt for me and now I had to shop. So a hunting I went. Found a shirt and some pants. After I found the pants it dawned on me that my car key had somehow slipped off my wrist when I was shopping. I immediately retraced all my steps and went back to find it but I could not find it. I searched all the black clothing areas where I had been and the fitting room with no luck. Now I’m panicking so I ask the employees for help, then I ask the manager for help no one will help me. They won’t review the cameras, they won’t have an employee help me look they won’t even let me use the phone to call for roadside assistance.
I end up begging the girl in the vision department to use her phone to get me the number to my insurance company. She gets it bit won’t let me call. So I have to use a payphone to call. I end up stranded at the store for 6 hrs. Trying to get my car towed to the dealer and get home. No one would help me at all in that store. I asked manager, employees and security who would do nothing at all.
I can’t vow I will never use Walmart again because Idk the future but it won’t be this one ever again and the chain will be my extreme last resort forever.

On the phone with corporate right now cause these guys lost another one of my site to store pickup orders. This is the third time this has happened at this location. Not cool…

The only thing that I will complain about is that whenever you go in to purchase something, it’s usually just empty places where things should be. I’ve taken my sister to go get makeup and false lashes and each time we’ve gone it’s still empty… kind of like they never refilled it.
Than the other thing I’ve noticed is, the selection this Walmart has of food has really dwindled down. I’m thinking maybe because they want to open more Walmart Neighborhood stores that’s why it’s gotten like that.
Last, the bathrooms are gross. Either all the toilet paper be spread out on the floor, all the toilet seat covers be completely empty, wet floors in the stalls. Or even if someone has just cleaned it (yes I’ve been in there right after it had just been done.) But the bathrooms smell so bad! I’m not sensitive to smells but I have to hold my breath. Maybe an air freshener or two will help that.
Honestly though, my experience weren’t so bad that I’m never coming back, I will continue to shop here. Just maybe a note to Walmart, just put a little TLC into your store and I think it can make it way more inviting.

This should be your last resort for any last minute items. whenever i absolutely positively have no other choice I cringe and shake and sadly run in and out as fast as i can. be quick on your toes to avoid the dreaded pallet jack monsters that will not stop for anything. The rude, too much making wearing, zombie shoppers that will bump you with a cart if your in the way. Then you must head to the line with 15 people in it and a cashier who cant scan an item and is oblivious to the massive line. Enter at your own risk make it quick or you wont survive! if in doubt go to Target and pay 2 dollars more.

Nice people working there, but save your time and energy if you:
1. Need any type of assistance — their calls for someone seem to go unheard… it’s been over 20 minutes waiting for someone to just open the paint shelf to get last item… finally got someone and it took all of 10 seconds to open shelf and hand me paint.
2. Self checkout is a joke — Never more than 1 or 2 at max if you are lucky. The store person ell even told me they dread being called to self checkout duty because they are always broken.
If they don’t upgrade this store, amazon for me from now on.

If only I could give it zero stars. Walmart isn’t the nicest place to shop in general but this one is the worst of the worst. Never clean. Horrible customer service. Went to get ONE can of spray paint and I waited for 30 minutes for someone named Josie to come open the cabinet. She never came. Plenty of associates saw us waiting, none offered help. After waiting for so long we just left everything we were planning to purchase on the paint counter.
Last time going to that Walmart.

HORRIBLE! Don’t bother coming, go to target.
This place is a huge mess and all employees are rude, LAZY and unorganized.

This is a pretty descent Walmart. Huge parking lot, shelves are well stocked and they have plenty of registers open so no hour long wait to pay. Prices just can’t be beat.
