Carmen was referred to me because I was ready to cut my hair short. I’m so pleased with her work and would recommend her to anyone. She explained what and why she was doing things every step of the way. She made me feel comfortable during the whole process. The hair cut turned out phenomenal and I’ve received several compliments.

Excellent service Washed, straightened and cut my little girl’s hair. I love it Even after my hubby accidentally canceled appointment she still saw my daughter for her appointment.

Carmen is a busy lady. I called to schedule an appointment and agreed to an appointment a week later… But let me tell you, the wait was WORTH IT.
Carmen was very passionate about what she does, and 2 hours later my crazy mane is nicely highlighted and put to place! But it wasn’t just a cut and highlight, she went above and beyond with the details on my hair and at the same time she made it a relaxing experience at her salon. Two months from now I know exactly where I will go to get my hair fix up!

The Hair Republic is an amazing salon! Carmen is the best hair stylist I have ever had. She really has a passion for doing hair and her work is top quality. I’ve been going to her for almost 2 years. She’s definitely the best. I highly recommend her!

So glad I found Carmen. I got a full weave and it came out Gorgeous. I walked in hating my hair and walked out feeling beautiful. The shop is nice and Carmen is very professional, punctual and easy to chat with. I shall return.

My wife went to Supercuts to trim her nice shoulder-​length hair. She ran out crying with a «bob». Although Carmen at Hair Republic didn’t have much room to fix the botch job, she at least styled it to look good. Skip the cheapy places, you get what you pay for. Drop a few more bucks and keep your gorgeous mane looking good. $ 25 out the door. Great job, Carmen!

TRULY. This is the best hair I have ever had done. This is my 2^nd weave ever and by far the best. The last one I had fell apart after a few weeks. While the hairdresser at the last place was very nice and professional… Carmen is a seasoned hair dresser who exudes passion and good energy. She gets the job done. Never turning away her clients who rush in for a –fix me up– at the last minute. This woman fit me in her schedule and even carried on a conversation. I am so blessed to have had my co-​worker recommend her. Sometimes word of mouth is the best thing ever! If you want to learn how do to things right, get lessons from this woman. She knows what’s she doing. She is so chill and so intelligent. She takes her time. She doesn’t pull the hair. She washes and scrubs your scalp, puts antiseptic, lets you condition for a few and omg… the aroma… the wonderful head scrubbing after not being able to touch my own scalp for nearly a month! The braiding is phenomenal. No extra tugging. She adds her special blend of coconut oil with herbs to condition the scalp and hair. She took my wefts, REHYDRATED THEM and made them look like a million bucks. She also has connections for beautiful hair… she hooks you up. You get what you pay for and she always works with her customers. You will NOT be disappointed. OMG I can’t say enough! I left in happy tears! I’m ready to go for a night on the town! Next time I go back… I will be getting the nicer hair… Bobby Boss is okay… but it isn’t for me. I deserve the better hair and mind you… EVERYTHING IS ABOUT PLACEMENT. I am not as versatile as I like to be due to my hair being not as healthy… but omg. She explains everything. She comes up with a plan as this is protective hair care… I PLAN to have long hair sooner than later… My OWN hair that is. I believe with her help, I’ll be there in no time.

Very surprised to see a negative post about Carmen at hair republic. She’s been doing my hair for over a year and I have color and a relaxer. She keeps my hair healthy and fabulous!
