Worst Starbucks ever. Wait is for ever. Service not that great. They keep changing employees here. I use to come every morning. Now once a week and still disappointed. Only one that runs out of white mocha twice.

Best Starbucks ever !!!
Coustmer service is beyond amazing ! Not only did I get my order correct and fast but when I asked for extra extra caramel I received it ! Without the server saying that will be extra which most places seem to say !!!
I would def go back to that location from here on out !!!

This is my third time here and this Starbucks has struck out! This must be the slowest Starbucks in all of Southern California and the employees are so thoughtless and have horrible customer service skills! Time means nothing to them the restaurant seems to have more than enough staff I wait in the drive thru every time at least 15 minutes there’s never an explanation or I’m sorry. They never smiled they never speak they never say hello. If only Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf have drive thrus.

I go to this Starbucks frequently & I actually like it more than the one that’s on Sierra. My drink’s are never watered down & the Baristas are always friendly. The best part is that it’s inside Target so you can grab a drink before you look around or after.

Yet another review for starbucks. The barista’s today spelled my name right. Or my nickname at least (Fern). Ordered a Twix Frap and they already knew what it was so that is definitely a plus. Not too far from the Kaiser hospital.

It’s too bad that the employees are too focused on wiping a table and talking to each other than helping the huge line that was piling up. There was only one employee that was taking orders and making drinks while the others just tried to look busy, wiping off one table. I thought customers come first!

Awesome place :) always super friendly I love it. This Starbucks in fact is the better one in fontana. Great employees and they are always friendly and make conversation with you while you wait. Not to mention that they always add extra Carmel on my frap which is the best because I always want extra anyways.

This is the best starbucks in Fontana. Number one it is situated inside of Target and they offer 50 cent refills. So you can walk around and do your shopping and on your way out grab a refill for 50 cents. That is awesome in itself.
I usually go in the morning and Tiara is by herself, thisyoung lady has an amazing personality even when it gets busy and the line is long she is fast efficient and friendly. This starbucks is independently owned and they always have some kind of special going on. Great service, perfect location near my gym I might add, so convenient when I need a pick me up to get me going.
