If you don’t pass your smog test because your car isn’t warm, they won’t tell you that. In addition to the cost of the smog (which they won’t refund you if you don’t pass like other companies) they will tell you what’s the problem for another $ 85! I would not recommend this company to anyone!
It’s a shame too because we have taken previous cars there many times before and being a loyal customer apparently doesn’t matter!
