I absolutely HATE I mean HATE this Ross! It is so messy, unorganized and trashy in this location. Also, I can’t stand the employees that work at this location. They are not attentive and will stand there with a line of people and keep talking in their conversation while there is only one cashier open. I have had this experience twice and I am never going back to this location again. There were five employees standing in front of the registers and I was waiting in line with about 8 other people. The conversation must have been hilarious because all of them were laughing and having the time of their lives while the people behind me were getting as equally annoyed as I was as well as a lady that had a return. There was only one register open and the poor girl was working her butt off. Also, the security at this place sucks. Stop following people around because of the color of their skin. I admit that people steal. Not all Black people steal. Not all Hispanic people steal. Just because you see a Black person walk in the store does not mean that we need to be watched carefully. I have seen Hispanics steal from this location as well as Asians stealing clothes. Heck, I see all races of people stealing from Winco on any given day. It does not mean that I need to be confronted every 3 minutes in the store and asked if everything is ok. I worked in retail when I was younger(Albertsons) and I always saw people stealing from the store. I even saw people eating bread and snacks and putting the bag back on the shelf. I simply told the guard or the manager what was going on. I did not look at every person with a matching race to the person that was stealing as automatic identifiable thieves. That would have made me look like a discriminatory person or perhaps maybe even a racist for believing that every Mexican and Black person that walks into Albertsons is going to steal.

Went to this Ross one night a week for the past month now because it’s on the way home from work. There are clothes everywhere and staff are inattentive. B Staff were drinking cans of soda at the cash register and not helping customers. I waited to be helped twice to return something and had to finally get someone to go to the register. There were staff in front of my but no one offered to assist me. Do they realize the people they are ignoring are responsible for their income??? I always thought it was the customers who made the store messy, but it’s the poorly run managers and other employees who are disengaged from their work. Tj Maxx is next door and is immaculate with great service. the CEO of Ross should hire better staff and walk next door to TJ Maxx to get.pointers. Will not be back. Staff are bad

Everything is cool here. However, they don’t have many cashiers so I hope you’re not in a rush. Yawn. And the blonde who rung me up wasn’t nice. She was busy writing down numbers on a binder and didn’t hand me my receipt nor told me to have a good day. Top notch customer service!

Sometimes if you’re lucky you can find a hidden gem, but its rare. The only reason I give this place 2 stars is because the employees are complete Assholes! I mean I hear some of them complain having to work! Ok? You know the economy sucks! Be grateful and shut up. They’re just so rude and the line forget it! I just should stop coming in here all together.

If you have the time to hunt for bargain, this is your place. While there are some great deals, there are some higher priced items too. This store is slightly chaotic and dumpy, but for the prices, you can’t beat it.

If it weren’t for the RUDEST employees I have ever experienced, I would have definitely made this my official Ross store. Selection is awesome, the store is clean, and its actually quite spacious. However, when you are yelled at to stop looking at clothes while in a check out line 10 deep because the store is closed(yes, literally yelled at) and then treated like a plague because of a price inquiry on a purse with no tag… Wow… And to top it off, the cashier AND the closing manager BOTH said they had no idea how much the purse was, but they said they were charging me $ 59.99! For a no-name brand purse!!! They did not even look up the bag or anything. Sorry girls-your store is NOT a swap meet. I even gathered my efforts together and attempted to return a few weeks later, only to find the employees were even ruder than the last time! One girl was swearing so much, I am thankful no families with children were in earshot. Not to mention the purple-red hair was really a classy accent to the potty mouth. Get it together Summit. Don’t let your management choices and choice of hires be the downfall of what poses to be one of the best Ross stores I have seen. This review was being nice, as well. I suggest an undercover corporate visit. That way you can see first hand what I am talking about. The two stars were for cleanliness and selection. Period.

I swear all my clothes and household items come from Ross. I love how spacious and well lit this store is. The employees here actually keep the store clean and they’re quite friendly at check out. Of course there’s the usual long line by the evening or weekend, but the lines here do move quickly. I prefer this location than the one in Rancho off Foothill or the other Fontana location off Slover. So many cheap things from bags, shoes, tops, dresses, dvds, electronics, even men’s and kids clothes. I love shopping here!

We’ve shopped here a total of 3 times. First time was the best as far as crowdedness is concerned, a saturday afternoon. Last 2 times came here in the evening on a friday which is a mistake! The line is about 6 – 8 people deep and wraps around the dress section, only 2 cashiers! You’d think it was pre Christmas or something! When its this packed its also very stuffy and hard to manuever the goods. Anyway, the selection is awesome. You would be surprised at what you might find. I found a petite woman’s section for us ladies 5’2 and under. I found Macy’s brands here like Jones NY. I stepped into the junior section and found many many cute tops ranging from $ 7.99 to $ 11.99. I have tried the jeans and slacks here but they are not great quality, thinner materials which show your unflattering parts if you are not thin. I donno, I will keep digging I could be wrong-I usually focus on the tops. The make up section is usually a hot mess BUT I dug both times and found a Wet n Wild kit with 2 eye shadow palettes and eye liner for $ 5 the first time, 2 Elf palettes the next(32 shadow palette and bright eye palette $ 4 ea). Check all your products to make sure they are not broken! Sometimes you get all excited when you find some nice makeup BUT the darn thing is either missing pieces or broken! Check it! Around the corner from make up is like hair and skin products, scored on a sally hansen hair remover for $ 3, awesome!!! Cheaper than walmart! I can easily drop $ 100 here so be careful about all the steals. My husband dreads going here with me as its like a 1 to 2 hour visit! LOL but so worth it!

Suuuuuper neat and as organized as a Ross can get. Went here with my bf’s sis and cousin to spend some girly time =) They have really cute stuff(except for the shoes). Bought some undies and bras. Cute ones for really cheap. I ran to the shoe section first but was disappointed… I’m a shoe person… I can’t have too many shoes. So I went and looked at the sandals and found a whole wall of really cute Guess sandals. So I walked out with a new pair of sandals and a bunch of undies for under $ 30. Yaay!
